Not for beginners. I made a mess and didn't have much success even after watching the DVD.

So, I decided to try this product since I read some reviews were people used it on their eyebrows and it worked perfectly! And I figured since I have really thick eyebrows and thick eyebrow hair, that this could work. So I waxed my eyebrows and now I am getting some kind of rash. I don't think it was the actual waxing part because I have waxed my eyebrows many times before and have never had a problem. I think it was the per-exfoliating oil because I'm starting to get the rash at spots on my face that I did not wax at, but the oil could of gotten to when I wiped it on my face. Many people even said to use the Oil because it works and helps! So I am guessing it is an oil for only Brazilian stuff which is what its originally made for... Guess I will read better next time and remember that...

I seemed to be able to figure this out just fine - but problem with the pink "wax" it never hardened! I left it on and heated up as isntructed, but when I went to use it it just remained sticky and never hardened. I will try to order the Honee wax and cross my fingers it works

Make sure you buy the Gigi Wax off with this! The wax is soooo stickey and doesn't not come off with soap and water

I couldn't decide between 1 star and 5 stars, so I went with 3. As a waxing kit that contains everything you need, this one is 5 stars. The warmer keep the wax at the perfect tempurature. The wax is extremely effective at removing hair. I love hard wax. For those of you unaware, you should know that Brazilian hard wax actually hurts a lot less than cream waxes because it clings to the hair only and not the skin. Yes, pulling your hair out from the roots is painful, but it less painful when you don't have a layer of skin coming along with it. It left my legs very smooth and even removed short hairs. As a hair removal process, this system gets 1 star. I've done every type of hair removal (professional waxing, shaving, eplilators, depilatory creams, etc.). I really want to get laser hair removal, but that it not an option for my legs as my hair is blonde. I had been epilating, but it takes a long time. I thought wax would be faster. Boy was I wrong! I seriously underestimated how difficult it would be to do a home wax. Of course I missed lots of places. I had to go over the missed places again, which meant it took the entire thing of wax to just do my lower legs. I challenge anyone out there to wax the back of your own leg without making an enormous mess. Sitting on the tile floor in my bathroon for 2 hours made my behind and knees really sore. I also had an amazing amount of wax left on my legs. After much scrubbing, my legs look and felt nice, but I've come to the conclusion that if you want something waxed, it really is worth paying a professional. Maybe if I tried this a dozen more times I would get better at it.

The wax is impossible to grip and remove. I hate it. The warmer is very nice though. I am going back to hot wax with strips.

The spell has been broken, I tried waxing for a month or 2...not worth it. Glad I tried it though.

I have been using this kit for years and it's great just hate the fact that the wax strips doesn't come with the kit.
