I got a Wi-Fi extender, but I can’t get it to connect to my router, so it’s of no use to me.

I spent 2 hours without success. Then contacted Linksys and used their chat where I was turfed off to a tech specialist from India/Pakistan. Although difficult to understand he was patient. I ended up purchasing software to clean up i.p. addresses. He got the extender set up, finally, after a 2 hour phone chat. I can't help but wonder if this was a set up to take me to the cleaners.

I can assure you I'm not technically challenged and this device won't set up and connect to my wifi. Not happy. It's a shame because it's a good brand!

Product constantly requires reconnect even though auto connect is on. Product constantly says incorrect password even though the password is correct. After I finally get it to connect, it works ok. I would not recommend this.
