I received the air conditioner on time as scheduled. The device work out from the box no problem. I like it functions as a small body factor. I use this on a Mercedes sprinter van low wattage keep the van temperature cool longer on my LiPo4 battery

The one thing that I was not happy with is the hose that go's to the window. I had to tape it to the machine because it would not stay attached. Otherwise no other problems.

Super EZ to use. I love the shape and style of this unit. So glad we went with a rolling unit instead of window unit. Flexibility is awesome. Nice and cold!

I bought this unit for my bedroom as my apartment only has one wall unit in the main living area that doesn't reach around to my bedroom to cool it down. A window unit would not work in my bedroom because my windows open sideways, not up, and the opening is too small for a window unit. I installed this unit and it has been working like a charm. My bedroom is usually cooler than the main living area now! On super hot days, it does struggle to keep the temperature below 70 but it is still very comfortable.

Works great in the master bedroom. Sometimes it gets really cold and needs adjustment to the temperature. Very pleased.

I couldn't be happier with this unit. Cooled down my room on the hottest of days. 3 months into owning this unit, I did have a problem with it not cooling like it used to. Their customer service was top of the line handling my issue. Quick response to the problem and resolved immediately!! I hardly ever leave a review but their outstanding customer service and quick resolve have impressed me. I feel like they went above and beyond!

This does cool the room in my house that was super hot . i thought the water in the unit was going to be a problem but i have been running it for about 5 day and has not filled I like this product .

Bought this n 7/2/20 and here it is 5/25/21 and it has stopped working. Compressor is overheating. Filters are clean. Feels like the compressor has frozen. Granted...I didn’t get the extended warranty, BUT for the price, it should have lasted longer than 10 months.

This is our first AC unit and we love it. We have it in our open concept dinning/kitchen/living room and it keeps this side of the house very cool. Love the sleep mode and remote features. Highly recommend it.

This thing is awesome. It saved us from burning up in 109 degree weather. Granted, it's not strong enough to cool down a whole living room, but it keeps you very comfortable and cool at nights so you have an easier time sleeping.
