I've been using this air conditioner for about a week now. So far, it's great! I'm very happy about this purchase. It was easy to remove from the box & easy to set up. I also like how you can direct the air up, down, left and right. A lot of others I've seen just have a vent on top of the machine. The remote is a nice bonus too. I'm using it in a small apartment to cool the living room, but the cool air even reaches the kitchen area.

Bought for our upstairs for summer here in KY (90-100+ degrees) . It keeps 2 large bedrooms, a hallway & a stairwell cool. [Previously only had fans upstairs & it was very hot]

This air conditioner works better than I expected. It cools an upstairs hallway that leads to bedroom (I ordered it specifically for bedroom), I received a bonus when I noticed it also cools the hallway! Thanks Amazon!

After six weeks this unit no longer pushed out cold air. The compressor stopped working. I sent a message to the seller to see how i can return it and they worked with me for a full refund. The customer service gets 5 stars. The product gets 0 stars.

It works really well and it comes required accessories vent/window seal. The only down side is that it does take alot of space. It is much easier to install then a traditional window unit.
