I LOVE this salad spinner! I had my first (earlier version of this one) for many years and have recently replaced it (because the mechanics of the old one just stopped working.... but it's been about 12+ years of constant use!) BEST salad spinner on the market -- much easier to use than the crank kind and gets the leaves (lettuce, etc) as dry as possible without beating them up. Do make suer to get the LARGE one however, as the mini spinner looks the same in the photos but is quite a bit smaller.

Amazing salad Spinner! Your lettuce stays crisp for days! Unbelievable. They must have improved this item because it is nothing like what those previous negative reviews claim. 1) All of the "excess" water drips off when you spin. 2) greens stays crisp for "days"!!! truly amazing. (This excite me because I like to buy in bulk BUT I hate to waste food!) 3) easy to clean! 4) handle on top flattens -- excellent idea for fridge storage! You can put other things on top of it! This little gadget is truly AMAZING!! BUY IT!!!

This salad spinner was recommended by Cook's and with good reason: it works perfectly. It's very easy to use and gets the water off the salad greens quickly and efficiently. It's very well designed and the push-down spinning action is so much easier than the old crank style spinners. Well worth the cost.

Heard that OXO made the best spinner, this does not disappoint.

Compared to the other salad spinners from other brands that I've used I think this one works really well. The plastic is sturdy, it's a great size and I like the push button to spin rather than other brands that you must spin the handle yourself. Although, I don't think ANY salad spinner should cost this much I would recommend.

When I started receiving my vegetables through a CSA, I knew right a way that I was going to need a salad spinner. To clean their vegetables especially lettuce, they soak them in buckets of water. However, for me to be able to keep them fresh in my green boxes, they need to be dry. This salad spinner works wonderfully well! I highly recommend it!

Tried the other top brand and this one definitely works better.

Anyone who eats salad at home needs this. I bought 3 for Christmas. My 32 year old single son loves it. It’s like a power tool for lettuce.
