I had heard good things about this salad spinner, so when my old spinner broke I immediately knew which spinner would replace it. This is really a nice looking spinner. I like that the lid comes apart for easier cleaning (my old model didn't have that). I am disappointed that I don't feel like my greens get very dry. This results in my greens wilting much quicker than they did in my old model. Usually I'll wash and dry my greens and then I'll keep them in the basket in the spinner in the fridge all week. No matter how much I spin this thing the greens are always wet. I even added a paper towel to the bowl when placing in the fridge and that hasn't cut it. Disappointing.

We bought this one to replace an old one of the same model. It is easy to see that it is made much cheaper than the old one, so will take the old basket out and put it in this one. There is NO cover/base any longer, so that is also a dismal finding. I did note, though, that the cost is the same. Like everything else now, make it cheaper but maintain the price or raise it. Buyer beware. We love salad spinners and this one does work save the above notes.

It’s a pretty good salad spinner. It doesn’t seem to fully dry the lettuce, no matter how many times I spin it. I usually spin it several times, empty the water out of the bottom and then let it sit out for awhile before putting it in the fridge

The salad spinner helps making salads easier and quicker. It's big enough for whenever I have my family here for a meal, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features but I hope & wish OXO can redesign the lever because it got stuck multiple times. My lettuce is still wet after using this but the old salad spinner from OXO was way better.
