Bought this salad spinner for my partner who wanted fresh salads for lunch. Easy to use, keeps the lettuce in the fridge for the next day, doesn't get the lettuce completely dry... but not sure that is necessary. He is happy with it.

Love this! Gets lots of water off the lettuce. Definitely a must have.

Large size allows the greens (or lettuce or herbs, etc.) to quickly release the water from rinsing. Dump out the liquid, and spin again for ready-to-use produce. One push on the large knob is all it takes!
