So I bought this same model about three years ago. I love everything about it, use it every single day. It finally broke at the base, where it reclines. It still worked, with zip ties keeping it in place, but I still wanted a new one.Took a week to get here. It seemed fine, except one of the little wheels in the front rattled/squealed like a cheap toy car. It's minor, but bugs the crap outta me. And somehow, the part at the back/under area is too low, so it drags against the ground when reclined slightly. None of these were issues on my first, so I returned it for a replacement. It came the next day. -The first package had a box twice the size with packaging protecting the product box, inside.This one came with only the cardboard product box(see photos). The top of the box was a little damaged, but I thought it would be OK. I opened it up and immediately saw that the stick of the vacuum was bent/dented. I checked that side of the box, and it's completely bashed in! And then I see that on the outer box, someone intentionally covered the damaged part of the box with the hazard sticker. So they knew it was damaged before they even sent it! Now they won't replace it again. So at least I get my refund, but not the vacuum I want. Unfortunately I don't like the top heavy design of the typical cordless vacuums. I'm so annoyed and disappointed.
