For a first time steam mop, good experience. Havent tried all featurs yet. So far satified with the price, and Tanga.

The Cleanico 360 arrived quickly and was well packaged. I was excited to receive this steam mop since the grout in our home has gotten dirty and I’ve been looking for a tool that would make it easier to clean. Unfortunately this mop will not work to clean the tiled grout I have in my home since the grout cleaning attachment is not as secure to the mop for the square footage I need to clean. I am very concerned it would not hold up for even one room and would break. I am planning to return it. I think the steam mop (pad) attachment looks sturdy enough to clean tile floors, however I need a tool to clean the grout.

Received to day and just swept kitchen so wanted to try. Easy assembly. A bit difficult to push over my hard wood floors. Had steam turned to midway- I could easily see it streaming. Slowly went over entire kitchen. I was surprised that the pad didn’t show more dirt as this is high traffic area. I then grabbed my swiffer mop and went over a section. With just a few passes over a section the pad was very dirty. I was very disappointed and will be returning this mop. I didn’t try any of the other attachments so can’t speak to them.

Not what I expected. The unit lacks power and the steam generated, even at the highest setting, is weak and not very high in quantity. We have used many other steamers and currently have two - a Shark and a light-duty Swifter Steamboost. This one was purchased as an alternative to the Swifter - and it's not even as powerful as that. The only reason it gets more than one star is that it does work and does generate steam. I would not purchase this one again - there are better machines out there for about the same price.

Disappointed that no instructions were included. Low rating since I’m going to have to figure out what the accessories are for and how to use it.

Was hoping this would be good for cleaning the shower/tub...it is not strong enough. My son did use it to clean up a spot on his carpet and it did okay. more for floor cleaning on linoleum

Don’t waste your money on this product. Cheap

Received steam cleaner. Put it together but product doesn't work properly. Heats up, but doesn't spray any steam. Also shuts off rapidly. Would not purchase again.

Cheap made .Doesn't clean effectively.

Produces very little steam My clothes steamer produces more steam I wish would have worked as I love the smaller compact design
