These are probably one of the best values in headphones, especially true wireless ones, out there right now. These things are very affordable, sound fantastic, have excellent connection strength and battery life. I'm comparing these to quite a few true wireless earbuds I've tried and had to return due to the performance not being in line with the price. I've used: Apple Airpod Pros ($250), Jaybird Vistas ($170) and Sony's WF-1000XM3's ($230). These JLab earbuds are significantly less than all of those at $60. I thought maybe they were going to be 1/3rd of the listening experience, given the price differences. I was absolutely blown away! To my ear at least, the sound and the bass of the Jlabs are the same if not better than the other 3. The only thing these really lack over the rest are the active noise cancellation. While that is a nice thing to have, simply using Comply foam tips does virtually the same thing because foam blocks sound significantly better than silicone ear tips. If you are in the market for true wireless earbuds and have been considering one of these $150+ earbuds because you think that's what it needs to cost to get good sound quality, I would strongly urge you to go for the JLab Epic Air models. Doesn't even need to be Icons like these. You won't regret these but you will regret some of the way overpriced models out there.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time. I purchased these earbuds almost 2 years ago. I almost don’t know what to say because that’s how amazing they are. I never thought that when I ordered these I would have a product that had excellent sound quality, excellent noise cancellation, and a ridiculously awesome battery life. These things are absolutely incredible. The charging case holds a charge for a very long time. I have gone up to two weeks without having to recharge it. It just keeps on charging and charging these earbuds. I went through a lot of ear buds from Amazon while trying to find the perfect pair. In addition, their customer service is wonderful. I thought there was a problem with my first unit and without hesitation they sent me another one. It turns out that there was nothing wrong with the first pair of earbuds...it was user error. I put them in the wrong spots (left & right reversed) and wondered why they wouldn’t charge. Shortly thereafter I returned my college degree LOL. Seriously though, you can not find a better pair of earbuds for the price. I would even suggest that they are equal to or better than other earbuds that cost $200.

I've had these for about a month now and love them. I got them because I wanted a truly wireless set of headphones for running and the gym, and I didn't like any of the wire-behind-the-neck bluetooth options. I also don't like the way airpods look or cost, so I took a flyer on these - I used to have a set of conventional earbuds from JLab and also liked those. The JBuds Air True have now become my main set of earbuds for not only exercise, but when I am on the go. First and foremost, they stay in my ears when I am jogging or doing vigorous exercise at the gym (including box jumps, pushups, etc). I did need to use the rubber "gasket" rings they include to really get them snug. The size feels just right - not monstrously large like some earbuds, but big enough to be secure. Second, they are pretty much plug and play, and they worked out of the box. They easily connected to each other and easily connected to the phone. Lastly, as of now, you just can't beat the value for the price at 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of other high end wireless ear buds. The charging case is great - it feels solid and seems to charge well. It also reduces the chance of misplacing these guys. Separately, early on I somehow managed to de-link the two earpieces and couldn't figure out how to reconnect them myself. JLabs' support was super prompt, clear, and effective (and free) and quickly solved my issue. If there is any criticism, the sound quality is only OK - it's a bit tinny, although supposedly it gets better after break-in. However, I didn't get these for hi-fidelity - I use different headphones for that. I would say JLab knocked it out of the park with these, and I highly recommend them for exercise.

I love these. I can't compare them to expensive ear buds but I don't know what more I would need. I used to love the rich sound from big expensive stereo speakers when I was younger. I feel like I have that now with these ear buds. They sound so much better than other ear buds my family has or any wired ear buds I have had before. Furthermore, I have hard to fit ears, I think. Yet, these fit perfectly and almost never work themselves out. I use them everyday in the gym and have gone running with them. I would definitely buy these again and would recommend them to anyone. I wear big professional noise cancelling headphones all day for work, yet these little ear buds seem to cancel more noise than my headphones. I haven't recharged the case in weeks so that battery life is more than enough. I think they are a great bargain/value.

After trying out a less expensive pair of true wireless earbuds, I returned that product and purchased the Jlabs Jbuds Air. The included large cushion tips made for a good fit in my ears which contributes to a solid bass frequency response more than you might realize. The two earbuds synced with each other and my iPhone recognized the Bluetooth signal quickly. I was delighted with how good these earbuds sound. Really! They sound good! Now, I don't have a more expensive set of true wireless earbuds to compare them with, but they're easily superior to the assortment of wired earbuds I have lying around the house. On more than one occasion I forgot that I was wearing them. After decades of using wired earbuds, freedom from any wires is absolutely lovely! Just sayin'.... And did I mention the solid connectivity? I can wander around the house, forgetting that I've left the phone on a table somewhere and still, the Jbuds remain connected. Compared to the previous earbuds that I tried (which seemed to cut out and stutter every time I turned my head) these are great! I'm impressed. My one criticism is the buttons with which you control the device. Let's just say it will take some getting used to. However, that criticism isn't a deal breaker for me, especially when the Jbuds turn on and connect to my phone automatically when I take them out of the charging case. I really like that feature--more than I thought I would. Overall, I would say these earbuds were designed well. For the price, you can afford to give them a try. I'll certainly recommend these to my friends! Here's hoping they age well!

I adore these so much! I use them 24/7 around while I workout. I am a runner and I have been trying to find alternatives to headphones since they usually get pulled out or tangled. These do the trick for me and I couldn’t be more happier. I wish I found them earlier. If your thinking about getting them. Don’t wait any longer.

I love these earbuds. For the price, you can’t beat them. Sound quality was surprising awesome and the connectivity is solid. I’ve only had skipping when there’s interference from other things, which is pretty rare. I thought the battery life would be a problem (I use them just about all day while working and lounging), but they’ve done really well. I just pop them into the case for fifteen minutes whenever I’m talking to someone or driving and then they’re good to go again. Comfort is good, but stability isn’t. The left earbud did not want to stay in my ear. I think that has more to do with my ears than anything because I seem to be alone in this. I did, however, purchase two different replacement ear tip brands to try. Ones silicone but much larger and firmer than what JLAB provides and those worked well but the best have been sweat-resistant foam ear tips, they fit well when they expand and the sound quality improves. You get 6 pairs for about $7. They definitely have improved but they still don’t feel as secure as I’d like them to be (I’ve been looking for some wing tips like what Bose soundsports have to fix this, but haven’t found any). I probably just need to get used to it, even though they don’t feel secure, they stay in and haven’t fallen out so they probably actually are. If anyone is looking to replace the eartips, these have got a 5mm core. Keep in mind, if you buy extra long foam tips or double flang silicone tips, then the earbuds won’t fit in the case properly. All in all, this is an awesome buy and I’ve recommended it to many people. These earbuds are one of the few truly wireless earbuds on the market with an average review higher than 3.8 stars, and they deserve it!

I am in Love at First Note! Longtime JLab loyalist. Discerning Ear through Years of Serious listening...though not quite an Audiophile Buddha...yet. These lil babies are a divine treat. Loud! Clear! Easy to Operate! This will be the best money You spend on Your Ears...trust Me. I have had them in since they arrived this afternoon and they are barely noticeable. In fact, a couple of times while typing his review I have had phantom cord obstruction syndrome! Musical choices have ranged from: Amos Lee-Windows are Rolled Down(Live)- AMAZING! ALL the Instruments! John Lennon- Oh Yoko!- The harp moves from one channel to the other! The Rolling Stones - Dear Doctor- My Ears Are Dripping...These Boys are Dirty...You can hear Each of them. Nitty Gritty Dirt Band- Battle of New Orleans-Sweet Pedal Steel. Look out Ya Filthy Brits!!! All the voices...all the instruments...Clear as ANY Buds I've worn. Go Ahead...You WIll NOT Be Disappointed...I will be staying up late tonight listening to ALL My Favorites...They really are that GOOD! UPDATE: Still Amazing!!!

These JBuds work so extremely well that I can wear them at work with no problem. They stay well in my ears & haven’t fallen out even once yet. Best of all is they basically paired themselves with my phone. I like these so much that my 2 daughters also have a set now. Price was very reasonable. Great value for a great product. Couldn’t be happier.

1) I was sent the wrong color, but it really doesn't affect anything. It's fine. 2) Controlling the headphones kind of hurts, since you have to press them into your ear to press the buttons. 3) It keeps saying "earbuds joined" at random intervals of the day, I don't know if it's my phone or the headphones. 4) The case is kind of big, so you need large pockets, or some sort of carrying apparatus with you. Other than that, they stay in my ears, cancel most of the noise around me, pair almost instantly without any fumbling, and sound great. I like them.
