Works great! There is a slight delay but that is to be expected with any security system. The night vision is clear and works great! We bought an extra rechargeable battery so we never are without!

Video quality is great! Love having a camera at my front door especially after having a package go missing from my porch.

what can be said? it's a Ring doorbell, it does what it does, you can see the UPS guy come and go and you can even yell at those darn kids to get off your damn lawn....

I was having issues with neighbor kids vandalizing my car and property. Cops suggested I get this to either catch them in action or it will be a deterrent. Thankfully since buying this the issues have stopped. Wish I bought this sooner

Ease of installation

Got this for my mother who likes to sit in her back sunroom. problem is if someone comes to the door she cant get to the door in time to answer before they leave! now she gets to sit in her sunroom and watch wildlife and catch people at the front door without trying to rush and catch them before they leave! problem solved! she uses her ipad and ring app. its a little slow to load but she can catch people now and tell them to leave the package or wait a minute. One issue you might have is how to mount this item. I had that problem but i had already mounted my doorbell Ring 2021 at the front and ring 2020 with solar charger at the back door. So i already knew the solution. I had the issue where i found nearlynewmodels at doorbellmounts.com already so i didnt have to even research anymore. just went straight to him got the 4" vinyl siding version. make sure if you have vinyl siding to get the "vinyl" version as the curve fits the curve on her siding perfect. I took a picture so you can see what i mean.
