I received this product a few months ago - and even w help of my electrician could I not get it to work properly. I wrote a bad review! I was suprised and happy when Nicole from Ring sent me an e-mail. Together we fixed the problems - and I’m so happy with this product. Nicole was professional and charming - but most of all she knew what she did to help me. These days you seldom get personal assistance from sellers. Many of my neighbors are also excited and happy with this product. Scary to see what happens on your porch etc at night. Police also help out - and it give me and my family an extra form of securing our home. I can full heartily recommend the Ring Bell - it is really great & the help and follow up from the company was terrific. Thank you Nicole.

So far I really like it. I can see what's going on in my front yard and direct neighborhood. Haven't heard anything at night though.

Wish the camera eye ball was adjustable. Pivot like a ball for adjustment. No way to adjust the door bell virticley. Also make the angle plate adjustable for different angles. A movable camera lens will take care of all this.

I have the Doorbell and three cameras. Easy to set up and each of them work perfectly. Was concerned about battery life but if you tweak it in the settings you can get a tremendous amount of time before recharging
