Initially purchased this because it was the only one I could find to fit in the 4 inch deep space between bedrooms walls. (6 inches is most common) The installers said it was not difficult to install. They hid the required 110 volt outlet. This piece looks amazing. The multiple independent color settings for the flame and clear rocks are vibrant. I live in warm climate, I can not address the heating element, however it seems to work as advertised. Love it so much I wish I had space for a second unit. Yes I would recommend this product

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. It was easy to install but the directions aren’t true to item. It states put crystals in black tray but you actually place them on top of clear plastic. I only had it mounted yesterday in a room under renovation so I haven’t had a chance to really experience any heat but I will check back in when I do. The remote control could use a better signal, you have to be close for it to really work well.

Just have it sitting where it’s going to go in the picture, as I’m working on framing out the area that will be all stacked stone. Very impressed with this LED fireplace out of the box (mine is the 60” version). Looks great, very simple, heater works well and is actually quieter than I expected. I’d compare the sound decibel level to a running microwave. I don’t expect it to be a primary heat source but it will bring up the temp in a 24x18’ room 2-3 degrees after about 15 min on high (1500w setting). I don’t know that its going to give you much more than that unless you have it in a small room. Visually it looks great. More reminiscent of natural gas flames in a gas fireplace than real wood flames, but if you don’t realize LED flames are not going to look like real fire then you deserve the disappointment anyway. Overall I give it a 9.3 out of 10 so far. Let’s see how it lasts. Could be a 10 out of 10 if it holds up for several years with no issues.

I really like the fireplace unit. It is compact, looks nice, and has many color options for both the crystals and the flames. I was happy with the outcome so I gave it five stars but note my comment on measurement instructions... I mounted the unit inset into the wall. I followed the measurements guides exactly for creating the box it installs in but they don't take into account that the plug sticks straight out which takes up essentially another 3-4 inches of depth if you account for the curve of the cord. I ended up using an extension cord with a flat plug head and then tucking the receiving end and all the cord back into the wall. There is no way the unit will fit flush against the back wall unless you are routing the cord out of the inset box.

Absolutely LOVE this fireplace!! 😍🔥🎉👏 And what a great value as the price was lower than or in line with most others but has better features and more realistic flames. I really like that you can make it dimmer or brighter and speed up or slow down the flames. Colors are even better in person and it's cool how you can change both the flame color and the crystal color. I personally didn't want logs as I think most don't look realistic enough, so this only coming with crystals didn't bother us. I haven't tried the heat option yet, but we live in FL so I doubt we'll be using it. Would totally recommend this fireplace as it adds such warmth and coziness to the room!! 😊

I love the ambience it provides, super easy to turn on and off with remote, but other than that, the remote is confusing to figure out. I just leave it at one setting. I am not using the heater that comes inside, not sure how reliable it is, (based on other reviewers) so - I just use the flames and enjoy the visual. I installed it myself, the hardest part was getting the DATA CABLE to come apart, I tried and tried, I was not able to disconnect the data cable..... So, with much twisting, turning, heaving, hoeing, AND TIME...I managed to shove it inside the fireplace without breaking anything. It would have been perfect if that data cable worked the way is should, nothing should be that hard to take apart? If I had not met that obstacle, I would give it 5 stars. 4 is higher than it deserves with the problems I encountered with the data cable.

This fireplace replaced an older one that used incandescent bulbs. The RW Flame is much more heat efficient. We have been using it about a month. We leave the heating element on low in the living room part of our 5th wheel RV to keep our cats warm at night and turn it off in the morning when we run the furnace for a few minutes. In the evenings when we are watching television we turn it on and enjoy changing the flame colors for fun. As an added bonus, this fireplace was a bit shorter that the old one and we gained space below it to add a drawer. Always good to get more storage space in an RV!

We used this fireplace as a wall mount and its thin profile is perfect for this application. The options for flame speed and color as well as color for the decorative crystals are numerous and look great. Installation was simple, and the remote is easy to use. We mounted the heater at head level because of the configuration of our room, which is open to a floor of about 700sf, and this particular placement quickly takes the edge off the cold, low 60s degree room (about 130sf) in the morning but does not warm the other rooms on the floor. Kept on for an hour, the room gets comfortably toasty at high power.

So I ordered it and I’m very happy with it worked out perfect and I think it looks great the heat works good people say it’s loud I don’t think it’s loud at all it makes some noise but not loud to drive me crazy it came in quickly and the package was great the only downfall is the remote it don’t work to far mine stops working around 12 feet away it’s fine for me

This amazing! Used on chilly nights in January in Florida and warmed up the outside lanai sitting area.
