We were rearranging the house and my wife was wishing we had a fireplace in the living room. I looked at several options and gave this a try. We are in a rental house at the moment so I am limited to installation options, but this looks great mounted on the wall. She fell in love with the color options realizing it is not a real fireplace, but loves the heat also. As far as the heat, it heats well, but wish the fan had a little bit more air flow. That however is minor and not a deal breaker for this unit, would purchase again.

Perfect add on to our basement. We knew it would not look like real fire. With all the colors and changes with this fireplace we are happy with it 100%. Heat is ok, do not believe it could heat 800 square feet like it says, but stil does put out heat. We really are impressed and I called customer service because of a sticker saying “do not cover” and it was explained to me clearly. Have run for 6 straight hours and no excess heating to any part of the walls or glass!

The product arrived nearly 2 weeks sooner than I had expected. That was a great surprise. What was an even nicer surprise was how installation was so simple and instructions were nicely documented. I pted for the wall hanging installation, but in reviewing the in-wall installation instructions those appeared straight-forward, as well. I don't yet know whether the product will be up to the task of sufficiently warming a very large and exposed master bathroom, but early indications with outdoor temperature of about 36 degrees is that it will heat up the large area sufficiently to be appreciated. The heater itself appears to be very well constructed and there is absolutely nothing flimsy about its component pieces, nor shoddy in its construction. The machining is very precise and the seams are smooth and nicely finished. The visuals of the dancing flames are pleasing and the unit operates at a fairly low noise level. The remote control is simple to use and the control panel on the unit itself is easy to access and use. If I were to add a single feature it would be to have the ability to schedule the unit to turn on, as there is ability to set a timer to turn the unit off. Being able to preheat a bathroom would be a nice feature. However, the product was priced very well in my opinion and appears to offer workmanship and function to make this a value added purchase. While our home is generally comfortably heated in the winter time and we do have a functioning and attractive propane fireplace, I am now considering adding some additional units, in part due to their visual appeal.

This fireplace is stunning! I selected this model because of the slim design. We installed it as wall hanging. I did not want the electrical cord showing so it took some thinking to hide the electrical cord, not impossible, but needed some tools to do the job. The result was amazing! For the money, this is fantastic! I got the 60" and glad I did. We will install a mantel to complete the look. The glass front is beautiful! No sharp edges. I did try the heating, it really does put out heat and is fairly quiet. It would probably warm a normal size room. I just love looking at it and have it on 12 hrs a day. The controls have a dimmer for the flame, and many color changing selections. Luv, Luv, Luv it!

Based on some of the reviews I was skeptical about making the purchase. I’m so pleased that I did. Fireplace is beautiful, love it. The colors are amazing. I also purchased the 5 year warranty for about $75, which provides me with a little more security. Again, beautiful.

Fan isn’t the strongest but it’s perfect for my 20x12 room. Installation is easy. If your primary need is heat than this isn’t the one for you. It heats our extension over a long period of time but if you need the temperature to climb a lot faster then you’ll need one with a bigger heating element and blower.

It was much prettier than we expected. You can change the color of the rocks and the color of the flames, independently. The heat output isn't a lot but we didn't expect a crazy amount of heat given the size of the unit. It is fine for the unit size. It can be mounted on the wall or recessed. I am highly satisfied with it.

Great addition and a wonderful creature comfort as I prep for the long winter nights ahead. I’m going to have a mantle (safely) installed above with my TV above that. It puts out a nice addition of heat that comes out the front & not on top of the unit which is why I selected it. The ability to change the flame & glass colors to so many different combinations is also really nice! Get it, For the money you can’t beat it!

This electric fireplace seems to have everything I wanted from timer to heat to changing colors. I'm an older lady that does all my own repairs (mostly) and this was very easy to install and not too heavy for me to lift to the mounting bracket. I put this in my bedroom about 4 feet off the ground and it is perfect! It does not even get the cabinet I have below it hot. The heat comes out the middle of the upper part of the front and does not feel hot to touch. My cats even got in front of it and the heat just blows out above their heads. Really adds ambiance to my bedroom and even without the heat, I love just watching the flames. In my opinion it is realistic. Highly recommended as I did research several models. This price was fantastic and it has the remote control and a timer you can set it to be on for an hour or more. I love it.

We have loved this fireplace!! I love all of the fun features like the speed of the flames flickering, the color changes of the “coals” and flames! It looks really nice in our space as well and I love that it is remote controlled. It outputs heat fine, I do wish it was a little more efficient though. Overall very happy with this fireplace!!
