The finished work on the board and the pieces are good.

I love chess, the pieces are kinda lightweight they fall over during a game. Otherwise I love it. Giftable for sur.

I purchased this chess set as a gift for a child. Although I haven't seen it personally, he tells me its quite nice. He's very happy with it.

Even on a flat surface the board doesn’t stay flat. But it’s alright..

The board folds in half for storage. When it's opened up, it does not sit perfectly flat. The pieces don't slide or fall, but it's mildly annoying.

this is a very playable set, the weighted play pieces are large enough to handle and don't slide around the board at a touch
