Top notch quality, top notch service. They advertise exactly what you get. These dual charging batteries took less than 30 minutes to charge from half way to full. I use these 26800 batteries and the 20,000mah batteries in conjunction with Mobius Cameras and get 45 hours of recording time. Our business has been able to be more innovative in our technological approaches to engineering because of the products Anker offers, and that's the truth.

I pack this brick whenever I go on road trips. My GF and I have found ourselves in the middle of nowhere and this baby keeps our phones charged for a couple of days. The ability of accelerating the recharging through the double micro USB is a nice feature.

Long lasting charger!

I got this July 2017 and it’s still going strong as of this post (August 2019). I have been using it with my iPhone, iPad Pro, and Nintendo Switch most but also other devices as well. It’s super handy for charging all three devices (even all three at the same time) while on the go. I have really grown to trust and recommend Anker products to others, even more so after having to contact their support for another of their products. The support is very helpful and will make sure to make things right if something goes wrong.

As an Uber driver, I use a lot of additional electronics in my car; dashcam, passenger cam, smartphone for the Uber app as well as music, and an LED Uber sign. Using all these electronics ended up in one fuse constantly failing, likely from a bad backup camera installation. So I needed an alternative. Since most of these devices run from a USB connection, a powerful power bank was the obvious solution. I used other power banks, but I would need three power banks that would last through the night. This powerbank ended up being the best solution, it lasts all night for me. Charging is relatively fast; it can be charged using two Micro USB inputs. Sold seperately, I use the USB Charger, Anker Elite Dual Port 24W Wall Charger with this powerbank for faster charging. I highly recommend for anyone needing long term USB power needs, very reliable and easy.

One of the things I've noticed with battery packs is that some have a trickle drain over time when stored. This may not be an issue for most if the product is used regularly and charged often. I have several battery packs that I keep in separate back packs so some are used more often than others. This one does not have any drain and after weeks I can use it knowing it's fully charged without having to prep this the night before to charge back up for use. The amount of juice I get is fantastic, I also have used this for work related projects where it was used to charge up half a dozen staff's phone to extend our phones for late into the evening. Also a camping trip where it charged up multiple iphones over several days of use. It's one of my best battery packs I've purchased so far.

This thing is awesome! It holds a massive charge, so massive I forget about it all the time. I drive a Lyft car and have wiring set up to charge both Android and Apple phones running to the back seat. This thing does a rapid charge if the phone can handle it, and I have customers commenting on how much their phone charged up in the short period of time they are in my car. I literally go 2 weeks at a time without ever even thinking about charging it, and when I do charge it, it still has plenty of power left on it, but I like to top it off, because it helps make the moolah through tips. I bring it in the house and jack two sources into it and it charges while I sleep. I have never actually timed how long to charge it because when I wake up, it's charged. Two things I wish I was informed of before I bought it: 1) It has four little lights indicating its charge level. The fourth, which would indicate "full," has never lit up, not even once. I don't understand why Anker would put it there if it never lights up. Nonetheless, when the third light gets to blinking, that means full as far as I'm concerned and I get full and long use out of it, which means my customers get rapid charging in a 10 to 20 minute drive and I get fatter tips. 2) You have to push a little button when a phone is attached. I don't recall reading about it when I was browsing to buy a product like this. Originally, I had planned to mount this in the trunk, and had even run the wiring to the trunk before this charger arrived, but having to push a button to make it work meant I had to yank the wiring and mount it up in the front seat so I could push the button when a customer attached their phone. Big pain in the butt, that rewiring. But overall, this has had no effect on the performance of the product. Highly recommend!

So to start off I bought this for a vacation I will be going on in another country, so I thought it would be something convient, and by golly gee wiz was I right. I forgot to check before I bought it if it was safe to take on the airlines, and I checked after I received it. It is safe for the airlines, but it has to be in your carry on. It works well, and charges fast as long as you use both cords to charge it. I wish it was usb c, but betters can't be choosers. It has a really long batter life and can charge my Note 9 and some other things I own multiple times over again.

Bought this for my weekend urban hikes (10+ miles of walking) throughout which I am listening to music etc through my Bluetooth earbuds, taking loads of photos with my camera. Usually I end up having to recharge my phone (music source), camera batteries and even my Apple Watch and tablet while out and about. Plenty of capacity to charge them all. Absolutely love the ability to recharge in 3+ hours with the double usb micro ports. Knowing that I have the capacity to charge up anything I’m carrying (to a usable level) while I’m out is fantastic. Yes it is sizable and heavy. But it goes in a packable back pack that is loaded with gear (camera insert filled with camera, multiple lenses, tablet, bottle of water, travel tripod, lunch, etc) when I’m out and about so I really don’t notice. I’m sold on Anker and their support. I had a smaller battery from them that failed late in the warranty period and they replaced it with no question asked.
