Its not bad. Its not great. They could have have spent more time on the quality of design for the price.

So I was supposed to receive 4 wheels to put on the product and olds received 3. I would like to get a 4th please.

I wanted a pump version as I didn't want to have to run the draining pipe lower than the dehumidifier. However, I found out this dehumidifier and all the others with a pump I could find on Amazon, all require you manually operate the pump when the bucket is full. What is the point of the pump then? If I have to turn on the pump, might as well empty the bucket. Was hoping for a unit I didn't have to babysit or mount, but this is not the answer.

I’m so glad I waited to write a review. It worked solidly for about five months. It’s pretty loud but since it’s in the garage I could overlook that. We ran this unit 24/7. Seven months after purchase, we noticed a drop in the amount of water that was collecting in the bucket. This continued until it finally broke down. The first sign of trouble was not being able to adjust the humidity level as it kept reverting its self to 85% which is way too high. The shelflife of this product was less than a year, fortunately it crapped out within the warranty period. Amazon was terrific in allowing us to replace it with a different brand.

Seems like a very capable and intelligent device. However, all that intelligence was blocked by a magnet installed upside down in the water level sensor, making it think the bin needing emptying even when empty. Easily fixed but there's no troubleshooting description for this problem in the documentation. 4-month update: It has gotten extremely noisy. Something inside is making an awful vibration but nothing I do makes it go away. It has become unbearable.
