I order two boxes due to working in the medical field and each box supposed to have two test. But it only had one rest in each box.

The kit came without the liquid dropper to complete the test :(

Do not mess with this stuff it's horrible.

tried to use the kits today due to possible exposure but kit is missing the reagent

Bought to have on hand in Oct. Now, in December I want to use it before visiting family and noticed it was missing dropper bottle. So, basically useless and I can’t return item because past return date:(

Purchased 2, both ends on both boxes were sealed, so do not trust tests (could have been switched with decoys or tampered with), but even though potentially defective and definitely won’t trust results, unable to get replacement or refund.

I bought 1 box with 2 tests in each for 8 people traveling to Europe 2 months ago. It is the date to test and all tests are invalid. I tried to send them back and my time to return says October 7, 2021. Horrible product.

Had to trash item; came open. Outside box was fine, so it was packed that way.. Received refund.

This purchase 26 days late and BOTH tests were opened. The seal on the boxes were broken and contents missing. UNACCEPTABLE. I attempted to get them replaced and the item isn’t available for return OR replacement. I’m disgusted with this purchase.

Don’t waste your money. 4 of my family members tested negative with these at home test. Then went to urgent care and all tested positive! They are easy to use but are useless!!! Don’t waste your money!!
