Item packaged in soft envelope. Received smashed and safety labels not adhered to outer packaging. Don’t feel safe using at this point. Waste of $$$$

The safety seal was broken upon arrival.

There are no swabs in this kit. Triple checked- no swabs. Non returnable. What are my options?

So sad after waiting 3 weeks the box arrived damaged and open and while the contents were sealed I have thrown away

DO NOT BUY! Waste of money bc the bottle of reagent wasn’t included. And it’s not eligible for return. So FRUSTRATING!!

Seal was broken on test kit would not trust it.

Had symptoms, used this test and was negative (completely missing second line), same day had PCR that was positive, so tried this test again and it was negative. Unreliable

This arrived with one of the swabs missing - the packet for it was there but empty, so there was only one useable test in the box. Says it’s not eligible for refund or replacement.

These have been my “go to” tests whenever my family needs to test. I saw they were in stock so I quickly ordered a few boxes. They arrived today and expired in October.
