Before you purchase this product, understand this is to see only if you have been EXPOSED TO COVID. Not anything else. You can still be asymptomatic and not show any other signs. You can still be vaccinated and be a carrier. This is NOT THE PLACE TO DISCUSS THAT. This product only determines if you were recently exposed to the virus and from there you can determine your next course of action. Everything else is incidental after that. ONE OF THE PKGS CAME SLIGHTLY OPEN TAPE NOT TAPED UP ALL THE WAY

Kit had 2 tests, however only drops for 1 included. So unable to use for second test.

Out of the five boxes we orders three of them were missing test elements, lacking swabs and missing an entire test set.

Purchased 3 boxes, one was missing swabs and couldn’t be refunded. Product was easy to use and quick results.

Product is supposed to contain 2 cards, 2 swabs and 2 bottles of solution. The package I received was missing the second bottle of solution making the second test unusable.

One of the boxes I ordered did not have reagent. Because of this not even able to run the test. There’s no return policy I have not been able to return or get a refund.

Good price but the product wasn't sealed.

The package I received expires in 5 months. (Product has a 12 month shelf life.) Don't order unless you can use the product before expiration date.

One of the boxes was slightly crushed and no longer sealed shut. Everything inside was still sealed so hopefully it’s not compromised.
