I ordered five boxes and two had a missing item, the drops vial in one case and the card in another.

Two sets of instructions included in the box. Both are in Spanish. Makes me question the attention to detail and quality for the entire kit.

I ordered 6 boxes and one of the boxes came with only one test card

I purchased these tests on November 7 to keep in the house in case they were needed. Well they were needed this weekend and when we took them out of the box they say they expired in September

3 out of 5 gave a false positive. Proven by professional lab tests.

Ordered two boxes, one was opened but both lot numbers are different. Still did the test for my family but do not trust it. Mine still came back positive since that was my second test.

All of our boxes arrived damaged and broken.
