We accidentally ordered too many and it was listed as free returns but as soon as I click on a link for it it’s saying “no returns allowed “. It was misleading info on the description

Not accurate. We did this test and a pcr test. My husband had symptoms. This rapid came back negative and the pcr came back positive. Both done within an hour of each other and this rapid was done correctly.

All boxes came in various states of being unsealed. I also checked the lot number inside vs the lot number outside and they don’t match. However, I have one kit bought at Walgreens and the lot numbers on the box and test kit doesn’t match either so I’m not sure if I’m looking at the wrong numbers. I’m unsure whether to use them given they are unsealed but everything within the box looks sealed.

I just opened the package and noticed that three of the seals were sticking up, and not sealed on the package. The ones in the store all have the seal intact. This makes me question whether these were tampered with.

Arrived with the Abbott seal unstuck from the package. Not sure whether this is reliable or not as a result.

I received 2 orders in July with an expired date of 4/30/2021. Expiration confirmed when scanned in Navica app. Test was easy to administered but not sure results are accurate due to expiration date.
