Item arrived without swabs. I’ve purchased the same item in person at pharmacies without issues. This item arrived in a damaged box and the swabs were missing.

Do not use this product!

The product came without swabs. Which renders it useless. And you can’t return it if it’s been opened.

Both of them did not work - total waste of money

I will be happy to use four out of the five COVID tests I received, but I am worried abott it the fifth one in the package because the seal was removed and the test was open. It would be great to get another one sent to me?

Too much money to pay for a product that takes too long and is too complicated to use.

Both boxes were opened and one of the two tests were removed...instead of sending one unopened box with both tests.

Plastic sticker seal was n ot fully applied, dated to expire 3.8.22 so seems short. Lot number label applied over other label. Dont trust.

I opened box to do test and their was no bottle of liquid to do testing inside of box so basically I am unable to complete test or do test
