Approved by my housekeeper!

My Dyson gave up and Shark was recommended by my housekeeper. She used it for the first time today and there was virtually no learning curve. It did a great job on the dirt and cat hair. Shark gets 2 thumbs up. 👍🏻👍🏻

After using this for about 80 days I must say that it is a great vacuum. I'm amazed at the material it picks up compared to an older bagless vacuum. It makes you realize that when we only had bagged vacuums we didn't change the bag frequently enough. With two ladies who have long hair plus a cat I expected to have some hair tangled on the roller but there is none so far. Suction is strong and typically need to limit it somewhat on certain rugs for better maneuvering. The exhaust deodorizer is a nice touch but I keep it on the minimum to limit the deodorizer scent. For a home with pets &/or people with thick hair I can highly recommend it.

I loved my previous shark vacuum and was a little in despair that it was time for a new one. I was afraid that a new one would not work as good as the old one....I put off the purchase longer than I should have. This new shark is excellent! With multiple dogs and toddlers I never know what is going to get vacuumed up. Loving the lines in the bedroom carpet and the settings for hardwood vs carpet.

I have long hair so I ONLY try to get vacuums that have brushrolls that do not clog up with hair. Some advertise they have this feature but never really work. I have had no hair wrap on the brushroll with this vacuum at all and my hair is about 20-inches long at the moment. The vacuum has great suction and and extra-large canister - which is MUCH larger than any bagless vacuum I have ever had. It is also very easy to clean the filters on this vacuum. I also really like that it is quick and easy to adjust the level of suction if you need to in order to clean loose, small rugs (like in the bathroom). You can adjust the brushroll to move slower, however, you cannot stop the brushroll completely which is a small minus. I like that it is also quick and easy to pull out the wand to suck up larger things and clean corners, edges and stairs - unlike some vacuums that force you to unhook hoses and rehook back up to unattached accessories. I would highly recommend this vacuum.

My cleaning lady recommended these Shark Navigators. I got 2 (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). They are holding up well. Good product.

Certainly does vacuum pet hair well. Have 3 cats who are like walking shedding machines.

I’ve had it for 3 years now, never any big issues with it; nothing I couldn’t figure out. I own a Newfoundland Dog & this vacuum has never let me down! I do regularly clean the filters, about time I buy some new ones I suppose.. it’s Light weight, easy to maneuver around things & under tables. Super happy with it.

Better than Dyson suction and cleaning...yes, for the pansies out there it is more difficult to move around at full suction but it does a great job cleaning...think aerobics so you get some exercise... the variable suction is a plus on area rugs...yes, it doesn't go under furniture as easily as my last Shark but I don't care...this was like a rototiller on my piece of crap contractors grade carpet. This is actually way better in terms of suction/cleaning than my last shark with the smooth roller in front...the small holes behind it constantly got clogged impairing its performance even after one use and I consider that to be a design defect. I'm not going to nit-pick about some strings, etc. being caught up in the mechanism but this design stays FAR cleaner than my other sharks (and other vacuums I've had over the years). It may not be perfect for some and of course longevity may an issue for another time. I'm suspicious of people never changing/washing their filters and then complaining when the machine breaks down. I've seen people not changing their house filters for years and then complaining that their furnaces didn't work. This thing is so efficient in my mind that the filters should be washed/changed more often. BTW, I never cheap it out by not buying extra filters when I buy a new vac. Those are a necessity for any vac purchase. I'm very satisfied. Way more than I thought I would be. Edit: this unit is by far the easiest to clean. After dumping the debris from the container I ran it under the sink and it looks band new- no nooks and crannies that are difficult to reach and clean including the plastic filter. IMO this should be done every time after using the vac. This thing even picks up a certain level of dust my other vacs never did. If this died I would replace it with exactly the same vac if it was still offered.
