My favorite thing about this vacuum is the self cleaning brush roll. It really does work amazingly well. As a household with three, very long haired ladies and several long haired dogs we have put that feature to the test and it has passed with flying colors. I also love the large dust cup. This is much nicer than my last Shark vacuum because even small amounts of debris would get stuck and I would have to dig it out with my hands (which I hated!). This one empties very easily. I do wish it had a bit better suction. My old Shark Navigator had such power, it would look like I had steam cleaned after vacuuming. This one is just okay in that regard.

I only use this vacuum about once a month as it is too heavy for me to handle. It does have great suction and ability to pull out pet hair, but it is very hard for me to manage.

This vacuum is better than my last one, it is so great. I use it for my kitchen floor and the living room. East to to take off and go along the baseboards with the tube.

This Shark vacuum works great. My only major complaint is the location and functionality of the power switch... it's low and on the left, and inconvenient to say the least. My other suggestion would be a retractable power cord. Other than that it's working fantastic!

I’ve only had this for 2 days, but seems to work well. The comments re: the length of the hose are accurate - there is no way the hose would extend as far as the one shown in the picture. Also, no way to get anything stuck out of the hose - I actually bought this one because a sock got stuck in my previous Shark navigator and after trying like heck to push it through with a broom handle, it finally ripped the hose. I tried to order a replacement hose and of course, they no longer make the model I had and was unable to find a replacement hose. So, hope that does not happen with this one - maybe I should order an xtra hose now before this model is discontinued (?)

A good vacuum cleaner is hard to find these days. This is my first Shark. I didn't want the bagless style due to past experiences with messy emptying but decided to try this one anyway, and I haven't been disappointed. Pros: Extensive maneuverability once you get used to the steering system. Dirt container can be opened on both ends to empty if necessary. Powerful suction. Adjustable suction. Affordable. Cons: Limited accessories, especially missing a small-width accessory for reaching floor areas the main vacuum won't fit. Limited on-machine storage. Spots for only 2 accessories. Very difficult to push on a plush carpet, maybe due to small size of wheels. Reducing suction helps somewhat with this. If you will be using this on smooth floors or low-height carpeting it will likely work well for you. If you have lots of plush carpeting, you might look for something different. I solved the accessory shortage by buying a cheap adapter that connects accessories from my old vacuum to this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0751BNNKN

As far as suction goes it is comparable to other shark models but the no more hair in the roller is key. Nice 👍

Our cordless Dyson Cyclone is broken for this third time in 6 months, and it’s only 2 years old. I threw in the towel and decided to go with a new corded vacuum. This shark had good ratings and everyone we know who has one loves it. First let me just say the suction on this vacuum is amazing. I can’t say enough about it’s ability to pick up most anything. It is, however, awkward and quite heavy. If I need to lift it, I have to use both arms. Also, what others say about the cord stretch and the machine toppling over is absolutely correct. You cannot stretch the cord without the vacuum falling over, so if that’s what you are buying it for, don’t unless you are going to have a second person hold the machine in place while you stretch the cord to use. The attachments are good and no doubt it has the reach, but it takes two for that.

Moves great, came with a slightly shorter cord (about 4 feet) than my pervious Shark. The animal hair roller works a little bumpy so you need to go over spots a few times to get the entire area. BUT- no hair clogs as promised so I am going to stick with it. Can't stand the hair clogs. Empties better than my last one because of the square shape of the canister.

I love the suction of this vacuum! I have only ever owned shake vacuums and they never disappoint. My only issue is that the hose is supposed to be long to reach those high places. But it’s sooooo tight that just a slight pull knocks over the whole vacuum. You need someone to hold the vacuum in order for you to pull and stretch the hose to use for that purpose. Aside from that no other complaint.
