i love this!! I was super hesitant about buying this, $200 that’s a lot to me for a vacuum. I never have owned a “high dollar” vacuum haha! I had a cheap one from walmart and my sister put me on this one and I’m never going back! I love this thing! On my old to have to empty my fill cup thing at least 3 times just for my living, kitchen and bed room. I only had to empty this fill cup once & that was at the end of vacuuming all 3 of those rooms and plus more. it’s also sooo good on my dog hair, I have a pitbull/great dane who sheds like no other and a coonhound/pointer mix who sheds as much, maybe even more and of course, I lose hair like no other too lol! and this does such a good job! also super light weight.

I had a Shark vacuum before (can’t remember the style name, I bought it about 5-6 years ago) and loved it. I thought it was perfect for apartment living: lightweight and easy to move around. I even recommended it to my sister, and she got one herself! Over the years though, I realized how much of a chore it was to get the hair out of the roller (we have 4 cats) Eventually/over the years and many, many uses, the hose cracked in two places, and a piece of the latch that connects the hose to the rest of the vacuum broke (I held it together with tape) This year I decided to get a new vacuum, knowing I’d be getting the same brand due to how the size is apartment-friendly. I opted for the pet pro, and I’m so relieved I don’t have to get all the hair out of the roller! We also have two kids (6 and 3), so it still picks up crumbs and all perfectly. The attachments make it easy to get in all the corners, nooks, and crannies.

If you have anyone in your home with long hair, you know the annoyance of cleaning the brush roller on your vacuum. I have long hair and dread vacuuming because cleaning that brush roller is such a pain. That being said... I love this vacuum! It does great with all the normal stuffs, great suction, easy to maneuver. Boring, but cool. However, for those of us long haired hippy people, two very amazing things. 1. No more flipping the whole contraption over to see how much hair is on the roller. There is a window on top of the bright yellow roller. Looking down you can easily see that... 2. No hair! It does what it says it does. Seems to cut the hair as it tries to wrap and just sucks it right up.

I've only owned this for a little over a month but so far, it's the best vacuum I've ever owned. I have long haired dog that sheds a decent amount and have wood floors in some rooms and carpeted floors in others. This vacuum works really well on all the surfaces, include rugs, in our home and the attachments work very well for couches too. The wheels don't damage or even leave a mark on the wood floors, which is what steered my away from a Dyson, and the canister is the largest I've ever seen. The self cleaning brush also works really well. The only downside I can see so far is that the cord seems a little shorter than I'd want it to be. It's not a big enough deal to leave 4 stars instead of 5 but it's the one thing I'd like to see changed.

Powerful Vaccum that really picked up everything. Easy to use. Everything "snaps" into place so you know it's put together right. Great function being able to disconnect the nozzel and use as a hand vac. and extension wand. Empty the contain outside into the garbage as it releases quickly and gets a bit dusty. Only thing misleading on this product was the length of the hose extension. I would say it extends about 6 feet without knocking over the base unit. Plenty long, but shorter than what the picture in the Ad shows. Very happy with the purchase.

So, we have a newfoundland, who has gone through many vacuums in her shedding terror. My old shark I would have to stop every time to turn that thing over and cut out long soft fur from the rollers. I can say, now having this for a few months... this is my new vacuum. Not once have I had to remove her fur from the brush. NOT ONCE! It sucks up the fine dust they shed, it sucks up the fine fur they shed, and it sucks up cat litter without flinging it back at me like some cruel joke that other vacuums tend to do. I hate to sound domestic, because deep down, I am a wild animal who's gone quite feral, but this vacuum sucks in the best way possible. I definitely recommend this to frustrated newfoundland dog owners who are looking for a feasible way to just suck out that dander and fur from their home without going insane every twenty minutes. I guess I'll see how it holds up in the long haul, but right now, a few months in? Fantastic.

I had a upright vacuum cleaner many years ago but it clogged up super fast with dog hair and it just didn't work so I have been using a shop vac for the last seven years and without any attachments. I am 62 and vacuuming was all time consuming and would take a hour and a half to complete and I needed to find something better. I saw this pet friendly vacuum cleaner and decided to give it a try and sure glad I did. I was shocked by what was actually in the canister. The machine is easy to lift and move around. I literally just vacuumed the dog beds like it was carpet and it was perfect. In a few minutes I was done. No more hours of endless dog hair cleaning!!! I have a yellow lab and he has long hair that acts like quills and hard to vacuum up but with this Shark the hairs were sucked up instantly. Came packaged well and easy enough to put together without instructions. I also read all the reviews prior to my purchase and I haven't experienced any of the negative things mentioned.

I love the Shark brand vacuum and couldn't be happier.

I'm on a budget and tried to buy a cheaper vaccuum but it was terrible and got tangled up in the first use. I have long thick hair and a dog so that wasn't going to cut it. So I spent a little more and got this one and I'm so glad I did! It works really well on my carpet, though I put it at half suction power and it is a little hard to push, but not impossible. Then I can put it to full suction and the hard floors setting and it actually sucks up the dirt on the floor! I was amazed by this. No more sweeping for me! I knew it would work on carpet but this was a game changer. It saves me so much time and back pain. Absolutely worth the money!

It as so much lighter and easy to use than the other brand I had. I have a hairy doggie and it picks up well, and is much quieter which I'm sure she likes.
