This is my 4th Shark. This model has exceeded my expectations! I live in a house full of hair, from teenagers to dogs, and this has dramatically deep cleaned my carpets and rugs better than any other vacuum. I also am impressed with how well it sucked the little sandy dirt that often gets trapped in the grout of my tile floor. We use it daily, and I will be curious how well it stands the test of time. Only complaint is the power cord is not very long.

Works great! Easy and light to maneuver! And you dont have to cut your hair out of the bristles like other vacuums

Easy snap together assembly with no tools required. Within a few minutes I was using my new vacuum. I would have expected the unit to have a "headlight" and provide the "motorized" furniture cleaning attachment like my other Shark did (and no the old hose is a different diameter so I will need to modify the attachment to be able to use it) but it doesn't. First run through the house it proved to be a great unit. My hardwood floors and carpets were cleaner and the suction is superior! The pet hair does not collect on the roller at all. I think the rubbery guard thing is what helps on the hardwood floors as well. It has a limited 5 year warranty so keep the box! I was NOT asked to write this review.

Our carpets actually seem new after using this one time. Literally vacuumed the day previous with a different new vacuum. Ended up filling up the entire vacuum after using it for the house

The Zero-M self-cleaning brush roll works. I have very long straight hair and it sheds all over my house. I usually have to brush my carpet with a silicone broom to grab as much hair as possible from the carpet before I vacuum. With this vacuum, now I do not have to worry. When I say it works—I mean that the brush roll truly cleans itself from my hair...my LONG hair that reaches past my lower back. THE KEY is: EVERY TIME, after you are DONE with vacuuming, let the vacuum run (allowing the brush roll to spin & spin & spin) for a minute or so to allow the hair to spin around and pass through. It will pass through eventually, even if there’s a few strands left on the roll today, it will pass through the next time/or couple of times you vacuum. The vacuum is lightweight, though not the lightest compared to others. BUT I highly recommend the 3XL dust cup. It is worth it...unless you want to be emptying it out more often, get a 3XL! This is not a powered lift-away, but the 12ft extendable hose & huge dust cup capacity is more practical & more worth it for me. Small desire, not deal-breaker: I wish this had LED headlights!

I owned a white Shark Navigator vacuum prior to this one (Shark ZU62 Navigator Zero-M Self-Cleaning Brushroll Pet Pro Upright Vacuum, Pewter Grey Metallic); however, this model far surpasses my old Shark… IN EVERY WAY!!! I love the self-cleaning brush roll and the longer hose. Both of these features are vast improvements/additions!

Ok for t most part I love this vacuum. The suction work incredibly well for my house and I have 3 cats, one long haired, and I have long hair. It cleans it all up. And absolutely love the Zero-m roller on vacuum head. It does not get hair wrapped at all! No more vacuum hair cuts!!!The vacuum is a little bulky but the hoses reaches up to twelve feet. So maybe a little different than my last one, but slight adjustment and it still reaches everything in same amount of time. The only kinda don’t like thing is where power button is. I wish it was in handle but it’s my preference, not a flaw.

I like gadgets and tech. Cleaning house, not so much. But I have to admit, I was amazed by this vacuum. It's light, it's maneuverable, the suction is impressive, the fit and finish are immaculate, and it's crazy versatile. It glides easily over carpet and hardwood, with a little switch to select the floor type, and a lever on the handle to further adjust the suction. Even at its worst, it's not nearly as loud as I expected. The power cord is a generous 25', and coils neatly on the side, clipping in place when you're done. The pivoting head is a delight to slide around and under furniture, and for all the places you can't reach, there's an expandable arsenal of universal Shark attachments. There are myriad ways to combine tools and extensions for any purpose, each with their own little customizable tweaks. Accessories rotate and retract and effortlessly snap together into any number of clever configurations. Want this bit but not the brush? It slides down the cuff. Want this brush but upside down? No problem, just swivel it around. Everything locks securely in place while you're doing whatever vacuum-related task you're doing, using a series of little grey pushbutton latches. Depending on your configuration, you can have a floor vac, a canister vac with a stick, or just a handheld unit on a retractable hose. And when you're done, another little button releases the bagless dust catcher, which is easily emptied into the trash. Using a vacuum this well-engineered and high quality not only makes chores easier, but actually a little ...fun?

We have a shark automatic vacuum we have really liked so we thought we would try our luck with this upright. It’s been a fantastic cleaner for us and shows very little wear after a lot of use. Here’s some of what we like: 1) The vacuum is lightweight and maneuverable. Easy to take upstairs with the handle and get into corners and under beds. 2) The handle detaches to a wand with a long reach for ceilings, fans or hard to reach places like behind furniture as shown in the product page photos. 3) There is a lot of power for such a little appliance. We were surprised at the suction we still had as we were expecting to trade that off for size and weight. 4) Unlike other vacuums we’ve had, hair and other debris don’t get wrapped around the brush. We’ve used it a long time and have yet to have to do the dreaded detangling. 5) The absolute best part of this vacuum is the clean up. The filter / waste detach from the rest without leaving a big mess behind like the others did. Then you hold it over a trash and open the bottom lid like in my photo and all the dust and dirt fall right into the trash. No beating the sides and such like others we’ve had before. Overall this is a great vacuum for the money and we highly recommend it.
