Screen is barely see able and the touchpad clocks when your not touching it

Where’s the tutorials? Comes with all kinds of applications but I have no idea how to use it. I can’t even figure out how to set up emails yet.

Got my computer the first day and the image screen had problems. After two hours on the phone with support, where they were very patient trying to work through it, but wasn't solved. Now needing to send my computer back in, with the back and forth it'll probably be a month before I can use the system that I bought.

This computer does not work with Zoom virtual backgrounds without a green screen. It is 2023 and so many people work remotely, and who has a green screen laying around their house? Completely unacceptable. This computer does not pass basic technology checks for remote jobs. It is a piece of garbage. To top it off, the touch pad randomly gets stuck and won’t click, then magically unsticks and works, on and off perpetually. There is a random clicking sound happening as well.

If you're thinking of buying this laptop in 2023, and intend to run Linux, don't. Here's what doesn't work: The camera. The microphone. Suspend & Wake Up. The camera is recognized during the Linux boot process, but there are no drivers to permit any Linux framework (such as UVC) to work with this hardware. (the HP Laptop 15-fc0044ca) HP does not provide drivers, kernel modules, or anything remotely similar for any flavor of Linux for this laptop.

I was disappointed with the quality of the product for the price point. I returned it immediately.

Super slow and sometimes it doesn’t even run. It looks cheap.

Very noisy, heat up very fast… didn’t like it
