Hewlett Packard couldn't you at least assemble computers in these United States?

Good laptop for the price. Touchpad is not very good. Hard to click, clicks register only 50% of the time. Taps works most of the time - approx 75% of the time. Key size and layout in the bottom left area is weird compared to others and makes it very hard to get used to - especially if you use other keyboards/laptops for work etc. Keys are loud when pressed. Everything else appears to be good, will update when warranty is over :)

After only 3 days this laptop has started turning off in the middle of use. Not a good sign of things to come. I need RELIABILITY.

Too early to give a good review, bought for my wife and she hasn't used it except to get it running.

It's constantly popping up ads, it's wanting permission to send personal information all the time, The Voice access feature keeps stalling and I have to turn it off and turn it back on again. When casting from Google Chrome, I can't minimize the window otherwise the sound cuts out constantly and you can't watch the video. It also forces you to upload to the cloud as a default and I don't like that.

it’s a really good laptop but i’ve noticed the battery life is not wonderful. it’s not like i have to charge it every time i use it but it does drain fairly quickly. i would say it’s definitely still worth getting but just be aware that you might have to charge at least every other day or everyday if you’re using it for long periods of time.

It is so much slower than my desktop. I don't think that is a problem with the hardware, but?

Trying to get used to where things are that’s different from Windows 10. So far it’s not user friendly. The only benefit is it’s faster.

Too complicated for me... where'd my brain go?

Mainly a problem with Microsoft. The OOTB experience was plagued with "Oops! Something went wrong!" messages. Eventually, it did become a working computer - but didn't retrieve my full Visual Studio (i.e. Microsoft development environment!) profile. Picky comment - why couldn't the power button be on the left or right side of the keyboard?
