The processing power this device boasts of is legit. It works fast, the Ram's fine and so is the hard drive but the build quality is where this device begins to appear bad. The screen isn't that good and seems more like a cheap LCD. The sound quality is bad and it is not that loud, I'd wager that its even less intense than a phone. Not very good when you want to play music or watch movies. The laptop is very light and the hinges smooth, which makes me wonder about heir integrity. I guess they compromised with the overall build quality to deliver a Ryzen 5 processor with 16 gb ram under budget. You've got three options- 1. Buy this and use with care 2. Invest a bit more into your device (expand your budget). 3. Buy another brand with weaker specifications but heavier build and spend on modifications to suit yourself.

A bit slow and heavy

Laptop is facing heating issue also while normal browsing also fan is turning on and noice of the fan is too loud

It’s too sensitive. The mouse jumps all over with the slightest touch making it difficult to do anything. Also the speaker sometimes works other times it doesn’t. This is brand new. I shouldn’t have these issues
