I purchased this item refurbished through ShopRedTagSales and I had initially encountered some difficulty in registering my Microsoft account on the tablet. The seller promptly responded and had a tech agent call me, who solved the problem right away.Overall very good versatile laptop/tablet, perfect for traveling which is the main reason why I bought it.I might need to add a mini SD card to expand the memory but that's not a big problem.Overall quite happy with the purchase and the prompt assistance of the seller.

Great tablet. I bought both the i5 and the core m. They're both incredibly powerful and comfortable.Te tablet is probably twice as thick as an ipad air but a lot more felixible. I think it's imperative to buy the smartcover to have a full experience.After updating drivers and updating, it works dandy.Pen is really cool. I had the surface 3 and the difference is huge!

I bought a certified refurbished Surface Pro 4, and it seems to be brand new. It is amazing. I will be using it for college, and I bought the type cover, and I'm confident it will be a great laptop replacement.Everyone who has seen it has commented that it looks very sharp. Also, I have used touchscreen laptops before, and nothing has come close to the responsiveness of this. You can write on it as though it is paper.Pull the trigger. Get one.

I'm absolutely in love. It has all the features of a tablet and a laptop. I've had many computers and tablets in my life and this is by far the best. Product came fast and in great shape. I was worried about a refurbished product but I'm happy I took the chance. Highly recommended seller and product.

I love my surface! I have had this for awhile now at least a couple months. It has been such a fun tablet/laptop! Super convenient, would recommend a heavy duty care for protection and the regular key board for this tablet.

I’m studying for my PhD, and I must have computer functionality in my classes. I bought this to replace a failing Lenovo yoga tablet, and couldn’t be happier with my upgrade. So what if it’s refurbished? I love it!
