Ease of purchase. Windows 10 update will not complete on its own after several attempts. Do not like the hassle of what it will take to correct.

The battery life is too bad, even can not sustain 2 hours for a movie if you turn more lingt on the screen. May be the reson is 'Refurbished'. So, if you could put up with the low speed M3, you should choose the really new one. The only thing I like it is that it never has a sound of fan.

I love the product itself but after time I’ve encountered some issues. I’ve had it for about 6 months & the battery life lasts me all but 2 hours. I’m having to constantly carry the charger around. Also now it won’t even start without it restarting itself every 2 minutes. Says it has encountered a problem.

Received in great condition, looks brand new. My only issue has been a glitch with the log-on code. The face recognition technology is terrible compared to the apple, and it generally doesn’t recognize me to unlock, instead forcing me to type in a PIN number. Unfortunately, I keep getting an error code with the PIN number, so I have to sign in with my username/password everytime. Other than that, it works great.
