The Tablet was DOA on arrival. Would not charge, zero power. Returned and waiting for a refund.

The surface pro haven't on turn as yet this is very disappointing. It was a gift

Came with a faulty charger and the battery life is only 2hrs when it should be 9hrs meaning that the battery health on the pc is very low

Battery doesn't last went from 100% to 35%in less than 25mins of being off charger, unresponsive on all corners, has Screen burn in top right corner, can't return it either due to not owning a dam printer, absolutely pathetic DO NOT BUY, IT AINT WORTH THE HASSLE,

I researched this product for 5 months before deciding to buy and am literally hating the moment when I chose to buy. Ever since I switched it on it has been freezing up on me. It freezes in under 5 minutes of switching it on, sometimes even at the boot stage. Somehow managed to reset it, but the problem didn't go away. Bought accessories for it which I can't return now because they are working just fine. But am gonna return this for sure.

Loved my surface pro3 when it was new. However, after 18 months the battery lasts an hour and cannot be replaced. To send the Surface Pro 3 in for a new battery Microsoft charges $450. I hope the surface pro 4 battery is better, but if it's not the battery still cannot be replaced at home - which means a likely $450 repair fee in less than 2 years. I would steer clear of these until Microsoft does something about the batteries.
