Excellent tablet, on screen keyboard doesn't work for many applications makingm it not as easily usacle as my Android fire tablet. I might just not be good at using it yet. T screen is large and beautiful.

I would give this product 5 stars but the OS is different, will need a little time to navigate

Bought a refurbished surface pro 4 from Freestyll ltd about 1wk ago... and so far all good. Arrived very well packaged (not original packaging, no manual but that's ok, came with a charger), looks like new, works fine considering it's only got 4GB RAM. Battery life seems ok but I think in general for this device not more than 3-4hrs. Screen is very very nice. Only issue is a slightly noisy fan. Tried heavily loading and COU temperature is ok, so no concerns at this stage. Will update later if I have any other problems.

The media could not be loaded. I am very dissappiointed from this purchase. The screen is faulty. The seller was nice and i was able to return it and get a refund

Great little machine, and a real bargain. It would be really helpful if the seller include a getting started guide, as the Microsoftinstructions and the set-up guide on the machine are not explicit enough.

good unit but dated now. needs a usb-c. the system touch screen does not function well with google maps

Have only had the unit for a short time. moved to this from a surface pro 2, significant difference. pro 4 is quicker and clearer. love the larger screen. Only reason why I did not give it 4 stars is because sometimes systems hangs up. is a refurbed unit and am not sure if the issue might be because system was not properly wiped before reselling. Have done a couple of things to truly get it back to ORIGINAL state and MS has been responsive for support because it does have a full warranty.Currently seems to be working 95% as designed.... the 5% is not detrimental to system operation.

I really love my surface pro. It lets me do so much in photoshop and animate. I turned off the touch screen so it only responded to the pen. This is exactly what I needed. I will say this model does have an issue. I looked it up online and it doesn't seem to just be me. When I log onto the internet ALL of my devices this one included respond very slowly to anything online. The internet has alot of trouble working when this is logged onto it. I have this mostly disconnected to the internet so my work flow isn't interrupted.
