I never have written a review but I felt I should since this product saved me money and time. For the price this is a wonderful iron. It curls and straightens without making me feel like I fried my hair (which I have done in the past). Saved me money on purchasing another (not to be named) iron that would have cost more than double. Definitely recommend!

I've owned a Conair, Chi, and I-Tech straighter before, but this one is FABULOUS! A lot of research was done before I made the decision to purchase this one, and I feel like it paid off; my previous straightener was 4 years old, so it was about time. I received this new one today before I got home for my lunch break, so I had to go ahead and bust it in ;) There really is no tugging at all on your hair - so smooth, and I was shocked that it truly heats up in 15 seconds, as advertised! It also does something magical to my hair, like it adds more shine like no flat iron has done before. Mind you, my hair is very difficult to deal with. I am a Caucasian, but my hair has always been coarse, wavy, dry and thick! This iron worked beautifully on my hair. 10/10 would recommend! If it doesn't work the same after a few months, I'll be sure to update my review. As of today, I'm very happy! :) UPDATE - Wow, over a year later and I am still loving it! Makes straightening a breeze, and this is some of the best money I've spent. Still happy with this purchase! Don't bother wasting $200 on a Babyliss (or whatever it's called); this gets the job done with no issues!

The media could not be loaded. It’s a great flat iron. It takes a minute to get hot but when it does it’s really hot. I especially like this flat iron because it smooths and straightens the hair but it’s not so flat it’s straightened within an inch of its life. It still leaves the hair with movement. The clips and comb are a nice bonus along with the heat protectant glove.

This is a really good flat iron for the price. It does not snag the hair when you pull it through. I curled my hair with this flat iron and it made my hair look so full and bouncy!! I’m also African American and my hair was straight.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this hair straightener/curler. I was looking into buying the new TYME Iron that came out but found this one that was so similar and more than half the price. After seeing some reviews, I trusted it enough to purchase it. Got it in today and curled my hair (WITH my clip-on hair extensions) and it not only curls/straightens SO pretty but leaves hair nice and soft and silky AND therefore made my extensions blend in so so seamlessly. If you're looking for a new straightener/curler, I absolutely recommend!

So far I like this straightener. I haven't figured out the curling part of it but will be watching some videos next for that. Other than that it does a good job of straightening hair. I have super thick hair with natural ringlets. It usually takes multiple passes to get my hair soft and smooth. This one does a good job b/c it closes properly down on the hair and doesn't leave my hair looking crimped. The hair also doesn't get caught under the blades and rip out of my head like my last straightener. I haven't used the $200 one that is comparable with this one but I am super picky and this is a good straightener!!

Love this flat iron/curling iron! I've owned a Chi flat iron and I love this one much better! It heats up in 10 seconds and I like the dial that lights up on the side with the LED lights . You can see temperature settings easily because it's lighted. The ceramic plates on this iron definitely makes this a "one" pass straightener. It also is cylindrical so it curls your hair as well. I have very thick hair so I use the full 450 degrees.

I bought this straightener for my daughter after the $200 straightener she had finally died after 4 years of use. I wasn't sure about it because the price was so reasonable. She came to me after straightening her hair with the Furiden and said she absolutely loved it. It made her hair super soft and you couldn't see any hair damage that she has. This is an excellent straightener and it is inexpensive.

I LOVE this straightener so much! It’s the best 2 in 1 product and saves you from having both a straightener and curling iron! And it saves you from needing to heat up 2 products! I used to use a Chi straightener to straighten and curl my hair but the barrel wasn’t perfectly round like the Furiden barrel. Also, the plates on the Furiden move as you pull your hair through so you don’t get those annoying crimp marks in your hair! I would get those crimp marks when using my Chi straightener to curl and it was frustrating! Definitely don’t have that problem with the Furiden! It also heats up very quickly and changing the heat setting is rather nice, just a turn of the lower barrel and you’re all set! When the flashing stops it’s at the desired temperature.

Very good product. Have used it for a week, works great. Compared to the one I bought as $30, this is one is definitely worth the money. a little bit more expensive, but much better quality, and the result is wonderful. My hair is much straighter, and smooth. I feel the cheaper one is always over-heated, with the same temperature setting, my old one makes my hair smoky smell. But the temperature of this one is more gentle. Also the The package and the accessories in the box are very practical and quality-made.
