Personally, for my hair, it wasn't good. It didn't pin straighten my hair and it is really hard to curl!! I have thin curly hair so it should be easier to straighten/ curl but it does as hard to straighten and it wouldn't curl at all. It only damages your hair!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU ARE BUYING IT FOR THE CURL FEATURE!!

Spent extra money purchasing what was referred to as "professional." Almost immediately after purchasing there were intermittent issues with it not heating. I'd turn the dial back and forth and eventually it would turn on. Six months old and won't turn on at all. Into the garbage it goes and I'll be buying a different brand half the price that I expect will last for years like the last one. Don't waste your money.

This is worse than my clairol curling iron from 1999. It isn’t meant for thick hair. I’m returning it. Looks beautiful and like accessories but you’re seriously better off with a late barrel curling iron and you can strajnten your hair like the old days before straightening irons came out

It looks easier to use in the pictures and videos. I choose this one because of the material it consist of. Its not easy to use nor do the curls stay in my hair. For the price I think I could have been better off buying from best buy! I do love my PRIME tho!!!!

Bought this product for its advertised ability to function as in 2 in 1 but it does NOT curl or give your hair any wave. Yes, I've watched the tutorials and I'd say I read the directions though this didn't actually COME with any. Marginal straightener. The plates are very small and narrow so hair also falls out easily.

The product isn't up to the reviews I read. It make your hair fizzy and doesn't straighten your hair well.. you either have to set the heat at the most or else doesn't work.. I don't have thick hair so I shouldn't be using the highest heat. But it doesn't work well with 355% degree n below. Need to have 400 n above which I think is too much heat for my thin hair! NOT RECOMMENDED

I actually return this product, as it was not effective in curling my medium to short hairstyle. Usually my hair takes curl quite well because it’s thick and coarse. I have used InStyler for years, and it’s been very effective for curling my hair. I thought this was hot on the inside and outside, but only hot on the inside. So since it was ineffective for me I returned it.

I read sooooo many good reviews on this product that I finally decided I’d try it! Very disappointed. It pulls my hair and doesn’t get very hot at all. I managed to get good curls out of it but it’s not easy to do. I have easy hair too, it’s just wavy and thin. Not super thick. It’s pretty and the packaging was great but honestly I wish I could get my money back :/

Loved it at first and it curls and waves very well but unfortunately burned my hair pretty badly after several uses(even with heat protectant). I had pretty healthy hair before and now it looks like dry hay on the ends.

It heated up pretty fast. I couldn’t figure out how to use it. Kept opening up on me when I would twist and pull down, so I couldn’t get a good curl. Could have been my own error but I had to return.
