Only used twice, but have short hair and especially like how it opens wider than others I’ve had, which makes it easier to use on shorter hair.

I wasn't using the straightener correctly so I originally gave 3 stars. The company contacted me, not me contacting them and sent me a demo on how to curl my hair. Wow, it works great!! I love it now. I can't say enough about the customer service. They went out of they're way to make sure I was satisfied. So professional and humble at same time. Thank you..

Awesome product . It’s really really professional straightener . I was eagerly waiting to try this one ☝️. Have a very long hair but finished up ironing in just 10-15 mins and did it keeping average temperature didn’t even have to cross 450 and job was done . Previously have spent more than 100 bucks on irons but best one till now. My previous is now quite old and was looking for new one and found best one . I am definitely buying one more for my sister as it says can be used globally. Best thing I liked is it has packaging comes with 2 Tongs , safety glove and case for iron.

The media could not be loaded. I really like this product. It heats up very fast in 30 secs. When you turn it on the light flashes then it stays steady. I like that it is round makes it easy to do curls. I would recommend this product. I like the lock and unlock.

I really love the flat iron for my hair untamed hair. This product is sturdy made with ceramic great to style and flat iron without causing your hair to damage. My hair usually is thin and easily will fall out if it's over processed. However, this flat iron did not dry out my hair which was great. This product was definitely worth the affordable cost. I would definitely buy this product again.

Glad I went with other reviews and purchased this to help me get ready for a wedding. Great curling iron! I am also using as straighter - but it's so easy to curl, that I do that a lot more now.

Love this product! I wanted a decent 2-in-1 and I got it! The curling took me.a few minutes to get used to, but now I can do my whole head in minutes. Really great! And my hair is curly in the back ,wavy in front and this is the first straightener to help me get all the kinks in the back really smooth. It will replace my other 2 curling irons and flat iron, saving me space and time!

This product is great for straightening hair and curling. It has 200F-450F temp. Settings for different hair textures. Easy to use, comes with two salon style holding hair clips which is very useful while tackling hair like mine. This product works as good as my branded hair straightener. Love it.
