Doesn't work very well, either way too hot or not hot enough..dries my hair out. Also Doesn't clamp tightly together. Waited to long to return it .

Well made. I like the dial to control temp. Unfortunately it pulls my fine hair. My old Remington flat iron I've had for years it still the best flat iron I've found.

The item did what was stated in the bio, but the issue is with my wife's thick hair not effectively straightening or curling her hair but our daughters hair -which is very thin/fine worked without issue. On the highest setting the item couldn't do what a simple 30$ one from Walmart could. SO if you have fine hair and not thick the product works great

Works great. The only problem is that I’ve found that it’s actually turned on by itself. I don’t know if I bump it (not twisting the dial) while getting ready, but I’ll notice it’ll be in “off” position yet hot. I unplug it after each use now but that’s pretty scary.

I have very kinky curly hair and this does a decent job. I can't roll over it once like the videos and have perfect curls but typically a couple passes works. Still better than my previous straightener. I do have issues with it powering on now. About a month after purchasing I would pull it in and it would not power on. I have to mess with the cord and unplug/ replug in a few times before it will work some days.

Gets super hot, maybe too hot. The whole being able to curl as you drag the iron down the shaft of the hair is bogus. Doesn’t work like that at all. Takes a lot of hand strength to squeeze it closed as you curl. It’s fine for a flat iron, but you could get a less expensive and more effective flat iron in my opinion.

It doesn’t clamp together perfectly but it’s pretty close. So in that case it will pull hair but it’s not terrible. It works really well for curls even though you can have some pulling in certain areas.

I took a chance on this iron because of reviews. I have always used Babyliss but this price was great. But you get what you pay for. I don't use a high temp, and I use a great heat protectant. Way took static which means bad temperature control.

It does the job, gets hot fast. However, it turns itself off on me. I’ll turn it on to start heating, start doing my hair a few minutes later, and then notice it isn’t hot anymore and has turned itself off despite still being on an “on” setting. I’ll also sometimes go to turn it on and get nothing and have to do it a few times. With something that heats itself to a very hot temp, on and off reliability is a must.

I purchased this on 10/2018 and I am now looking for a new straighter and purchased a new curler. It stopped getting hot and it now takes 2 as long to straighten my hair (I have naturally straight hair, not super thick, it's not hard to straighten) It just lost its effectiveness over time, in the beginning it worked perfectly. I wish it held up.
