Worked well for straightening. Was hoping shape would make it easier to use for curls/waves but performed the same as my chi for waves. Nice straightener, great price.

There is nothing wrong with this tool. But I seem to not be coordinated enough for it. I get the left side to look great, but can't get the right side to come out nice!

Wonderfully smooth. Makes beautiful beech waves. Glides to straighten hair nicely. Only wish it was a bit heavier. It’s so light that it takes a bit of strength to hold it tight on your hair to straighten it

This straightener heats up quickly, even to the highest setting. My hair does look shiny afterwards and states straight the whole day. I have thin hair, so after one pass my hair is pretty straight. This straightener still does pull hair, even if I section my hair into smaller sections. Otherwise this is an overall good product.

I have frizzy hair and this straightener did an amazing job. My hair would stay straight for a few days. The heat features are great and actually maintained a constant temperature. It also creates great curls. My daughter was very skeptical but it worked on her thick, wavy and frizzy hair so well she kept my straightener. Now I have to order another.

This doesn't work quite as perfectly as the video's depict but I have thick hair. However, with a little practice I have learned how to make great curls. I also love that I have more counter spaces as this replaced my curling iron and straight iron that used to both sit on the counter top. Overall I'm pleased.

I use flat irons primarily for curls. They aren't kidding when they say the heating plates inside are smooth. There is zero tugging or frizziness while pulling a section of hair through it. This is great for straightening but makes curling a little more difficult. The plates are SO smooth that unless I hold the hair with my other hand, the section slips out of the iron before the entire length is curled. It still makes nice, soft curls. But if your hair is very smooth and doesn't have much natural texture already, you just have to practice a bit to make this work.

I like it. I'm not in love with it. I used to have a U-Smooth and that thing lasted me 8 (yes, EIGHT) years! And then it just died. So I bought this one... it's a lot cheaper but its good. It's a little bulkier and heavier, but it gets the job done. I dont feel like my hair is as soft/smooth as my previous one, but itll work.

So far I really like this flat iron. It only took me about 15 minutes to figure out how to make curls. I watched the video on the website and after a few tries I got it! The straightener works great. I really like the lock feature. The product is small and lightweight. It will work great for traveling and I love the way it looks.

I have had this for about a year now and use it daily. It does a great job, fast heat up time (450), and has a lock which is nice when traveling. Nice sleek design comfortable in your hands. Auto turn off is the best feature. I Have made that mistake a time it two!
