Pulls my hair out.

I enjoyed this flatiron up until it stopped working after just 5 months of use. It heated up fast which I liked and it did a decent job at straightening and curling my hair but then it stopped working completely. It started to glitch at first where it wouldn’t turn on right away then completely stopped working. My cheaper straightener from Walmart lasted over 5 years so I will probably just go back to Walmart and buy a new one.

My husband purchased this straightener for me for Christmas. I loved it when I first got it. Easy to use and worked well. However, I went to use it this morning and it won’t even turn on. I wish it had an on/off switch as opposed to turning it to the heat setting and power mode. This was an expensive purchase that should have lasted more than 4 months. It’s now past the return window and I have a broken straightener. So disgusted!!!

I tried to straighten my hair and after about 4 times of trying I gave, so I tried to curl it more and it would even curl. no matter what temperature or how little hair I used it just didn't do anything other then heat my hair. returned it the next day.

The product itself is good and it’s great to curl the ends of the hair BUT since I bought I have had problems with the lock feature. It wouldn’t unlock properly and after a certain amount of time it just broke while I was using it. Such a shame because I love the product but unfortunately it was a waste of my money. I would recommend getting something similar but with higher quality.

It was great until it completely stopped working 5 months after I bought it. I've tried to contact Furiden twice and have gotten no response. Very disappointing, will not be purchasing any more of their products.

It seems like a great product but I’ve used it several times now as a straightener and it snags my hair each time. This has resulted in lots of breakage. I was so excited about this straightener/curling iron combo, but I can’t justify having spent the money if only one function works for me.

Great flat iron.... Extremely disappointed in the curling aspect advertised. Unless you do it exactly right every strand then you won't get any good results. It's almost impossible to maneuver around for all sections of the head. Honestly the reviews on the product are either all professionals being paid or else they're using it as a stylist on someone else. Big fail with wVes and curls.

I mean positive? Lock feature and pretty box - but the iron itself is LACKING, on par w Conair(e), which to me is probably the worst out there. ESP If you have textured hair, like myself, you might want to actually get one that works; like Sedu, or Baby Bliss, Chi or (hot tools) etc. Return.

I was nervous in ordering this because of the mixed reviews. I decided to get it and see for myself. As soon as I opened it up the lock button was in the lock position and the clamps were open, I tried to push it back and forth to see if it would lock and nothing worked. I figured since that was broke and some of the reviews I read I wasn't going to even try heating it up. I would rather just sent it back. I have ordered another style that I think will maybe be a little easier for me to use to curl my hair.
