This heating pad never gets above a barely warm temperature. Not very helpful.

I bought this today at Target and will be taking it back tomorrow. It just never got hot enough to ease my pain, even at the highest temp.

This was very disappointing. I hurt my neck, and it’s been difficult to even turn my head. Microwaveable neck pads help while they maintain heat, but I wanted something to sustain that temperature. This does not. It feels, at best, like someone is placing a clammy, warm hand on your shoulder. At the highest setting. I’ve done all the troubleshooting recommended, and I think it’s just a subpar product.

I am using this for the first time and I have it on medium settings and all I can smell is a burning chemicals type of smell. Its terrible.

This product is trash. Doesn't heat up at all. Don't waste your money.

Don’t do it😩 All I can say if you want heat you have a better chance standing in the fake sun.

The picture does NOT represent the neck portion of the heating pad. There is a small rectangle that covers only a small part of the back of the neck, and there is nothing that holds it against the skin. And it won't touch any part of the side of your neck. The shoulder portion also does not stay flush to the skin, and the click in front probably is helpful for one body type, and probably male. If you have a small or medium build the pad will barely touch your shoulders, and certainly not your neck. Looking forward to returning this and getting my money back.
