Overall not impressed- there are better brands out there if you have a few minutes to research other options. Does it heat up? Yes. Does it get warm enough to make a big difference? No (even on highest setting). The wrap around design is nice though and even buttons to avoid constant re-adjustment.

The tab that sticks up to cover the neck is good, but you need to be able to wrap the pad snugly and secure it in place to keep the pad against your neck. The box says "hook closure keeps pad secure and in place" but this is not true. It is not a hook but a small solid cylinder on one side of the pad (imagine a pencil eraser) that pushes into a slightly larger open cylinder on the other side of the pad (like the brass part the eraser fits into). It is very difficult to fit them together in front (you can't see it with the pad under your chin).and it is not adjustable, so unless you have a huge neck, it only holds the pad loosely around your neck. A strip of velcro would be a better option so you could tighten the pad on your neck as needed.
