Nice heat feeling, but the control part sits right up by where the heating pad sits on your neck. Very poor design. Love the product, but can't use it with the control part hitting me in the neck.

It’s not that weighted and it doesn’t get that hot it’s like wearing a jacket gets you slightly warmer than a regular jacket
