As a member of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was sent the Hot Tools Pro Signature 1 ¼" Gold Curling Iron. This curling iron fits the needs of my fine hair, as well as my daughter's thick hair. It warms up very quickly, has adjustable heat settings, and stays hot through the duration of our usage. The material feels nice in our hands; sleek and smooth to the touch. The styles we attempted included beach waves, tighter curls, and "crazy curls" for theme day at Girl Scout camp. My kiddo was amazed at what this product did for her naturally wavy hair, and wants to incorporate the usage into her hair routine more often.

I received the Hot Tools Pro gold curling iron to try from the Stellar Testing Panel. Out of the box it is attractive with its gold barrel and weighty feel. I thought I’d like the handle to be thicker too, but it feels comfortable in my hand while I use it. The curling iron has a on/off switch and a temperature dial. It warmed quickly. It slid easily through my hair and produced some nice loose curls. I will have to practice more but so far I’m liking this tool a lot.

This is a great curling iron and it really gets in there and does the job (plus it looks great too)! I think the curler is very high quality and gets warmed up pretty fast. It stays very hot throughout the curling process! I was able to use this item thanks to the Stellar panel. I have used it for about 3 weeks now, and I love the curls I get and love the barrel size. I also feel like it does a good job of not getting hairs stuck, or damaging my hair compared to my other models. This is def the curling iron to try!

This is a really nice iron, especially for the price point! I usually use a wand without a clip, so there was a bit of a learning curve for me but it was easy to use. It heats up quickly and I like that there are multiple temperature options. I have thick hair, so I usually put heat tools on max for hold. I like using irons about this size, since my preference is for more beachy waves than tight curls. Thank you to Stellar Reviews for the opportunity to try out this product!

Love this curling iron! It heated up quickly and was easy to adjust the temp. I liked the placement of all the controls - I’ve had other tools where the button placement was in the way and I would turn it off mid-use. I also loved how tight the spring was - it gripped my hair well, but didn’t feel like it was tugging at it. I’d definitely recommend this one - especially at this price point! I'm happy with this curling iron. It heats up quickly, is easy to use, can maneuver a decent-sized chunk of hair, and has a good range of temperature settings. The 1 and 1/4 inch barrel is the perfect size to give lovely beachy waves that actually have a chance at staying put (vs. larger barrels) I received this product to try as part of the Stellar Testing Panel.

I loved my previous Hot Tools curling iron until the grips wore down and the wiring fell out so I was thrilled to be asked to try out the Hot Tools Pro Signature Gold Curling Iron as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. AND THEY DID IT! They found away to improve on what was already the best iron on the market. What I love about this model is it retains the super fast heat up time, the variable temperature settings, and the 'non sticky' rod that doesn't get gunky when you use any curl enhancing or heat protectant product. What is improved is the handle material is more luxurious, easier to handle and still non slip. It feels upgraded from any base model iron. Definitely pro-grade and the primary brand my stylists recommend. The size was perfect for my length of hair to create a variety of styles from 90s blow out curls to soft, tousled waves.

I LOVE this curling iron! The larger barrel makes beautiful big waves/curls. My hair looks like a got a gorgeous blow-out. I have been using a curling wand for my whole adult life and am finally ready to upgrade to this curling iron every time I want to curl my hair from now on. I have long, medium-fine hair and I was able to curl all my hair in only a few minutes. I like that the heat is adjustable as well.
