This is my new go to curling iron! I love that the curls aren’t too tight and are more relaxed. The quality and feel of this curling iron is so luxe and works very well! It heats up very very fast and the lowest temp felt hot and made my curls look perfect. The barrel is a shiny gold and I feel like it helps my hair be less frizzy and more sleek/shiny. The barrel stayed nice and hot the entire time and gave me that perfect effortless curl. Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me my new favorite curling iron.

I am a fan of Hot Tools and this curling iron is no exception. I have naturally curly hair, but often want to soften my curls or wear my hair straight. I really like the handle and rotating cord to keep the tool from getting caught up as you work with it. The added 1/4th inch gives you that little extra boost in volume, especially if you have longer hair. The placement of the on/off switch and temperature gauge are very thoughtful. I have a curling iron from another brand and I am constantly turning it off by accident because of the placement of their buttons. This is not the case with the Hot Tools iron. I was able to use this to both straighten and curl my hair. Each time I used it, I was able to achieve the style I wanted with little effort or damage to my hair. I received this hair care item from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I love using the Hot Tools Pro Signature 1 ¼" Gold Curling Iron on my hair! Overall I enjoyed using this curling iron on my hair! It warms up very quickly and stays hot while I am styling my hair. The design, color and weight of the curling iron are great. It’s lightweight and very easy to use. The size of the barrel is perfect for my hair. I have wavy/curly hair past my shoulders so it was easy to curl and style my hair. I was able to create big beautiful bouncing curls with my new curling iron! And the curls would last all day! Hot Tools always made the best curling irons and highly recommend them!

As someone who often *wants* to curl her hair, but doesn't exactly have the skills (because as I have found out, all the curling irons I've used in the past have been junk)... This is the PERFECT curling iron for me. I wish I had more time to play around with it this morning before having to rush out the door, but I was very pleased with the ease of use and results. The swivel cord was so super smooth, I almost felt like I wasn't attached to a cord at times which was wonderful. Another impressive feature was how quickly it heat up and was ready to use. The kickstand was very convenient as well. Something I always ran into with previous curling irons was that I would accidentally switch them off or press buttons that would inevitably raise/lower the temperature - but with this iron there was none of that! I have thick, very straight hair that tends NOT to hold a curl very well, as learned from many years of attempts. So practically speaking, I really am just looking for some way to add a little volume to my hair - not necessarily full-on curls - and its perfect for that. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this curling iron to test and review because I finally have found *the one*! Now....to practice and perfect the curls/waves!

I love the Hot Tools Pro 1¼" Gold Curling Iron! I had an older version of this iron that still runs fantastic, but I love this newer version! I love the gold barrel and the size is perfect for my medium-long hair. It heats evenly throughout the barrel and stays hot the entire time it takes me to curl all my hair. I love the longer handle on this style as well as the clamp. It is strong enough to hold my hair but not so much that I can’t glide my hair through while curling. I also love the auto shut-off in case I ever mistakenly leave it powered on. Many thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing me to try this curling iron!

I was given this hair care item to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I typically wash my hair at night and curl it in the morning before going to work. This curling iron is super easy to use and gave me large curls with a lot of volume. It heats up quickly and stays hot while I curl my hair. The gold finish is high quality and also looks very pretty. What I like most about the curling iron is the custom heat setting. I have fine hair that breaks easily and I am able to set the iron hot enough to curl but not too hot that it damages my hair. Overall I highly recommend this iron for daily curling.

I received this item from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have long, thick hair and use hot tools at least every other day. This curling iron heats up in less than a minute and has so many heat settings to choose from, including 400+ for my thick hair. The extra long barrel was very convenient for the length of my hair. It takes about 15 minutes to curl my whole head and this iron is lightweight and easy to maneuver the whole time. The gold color of the barrel is just a bonus because it looks pretty too.

I love that the wand has clip to keep the ends of my hair in place while curling. The Hot Tools Pro heats up fast and looks sleek and stylish. The barrel was easy to clean and didn't get gunked up with styling products. The adjustable temperature was intuitive and kept me from burning my hair, while the rubber top of the wand kept me from burning my fingers!

I love the golden metal so much. I honestly had no idea how much more cumbersome my old curling iron was until I used this! My curling iron seems to always be tangled but this one rotates the cord as I curl! Love that feature! As a busy mom, I often don't have time to style my hair. It is in a hair clip pretty much straight out of the shower and for the remaining 90% of my day. I have been wanting to take more time to make myself feel beautiful, so I decided to use this curl my hair before going out for coffee with a friend. It was so easy, I was able to watch my two kids under 5 while doing it! And I had nice soft, smooth curls when I was done. Normally, my hair doesn't hold a curl for long but because I also used Hot Tools Pro Artist Curl Protector, they actually stayed in for a few hours. My old curling iron is going to the curb and I will definitely be curling my hair more often now. I would definitely recommend this curling iron!

I love how quickly this heats up and stays hot (can get super hot so be aware and use a protectant for your hair)! Feels professional grade! I also love the width of the barrel - it is the perfect wave or curl! Fits the full length of my hair easily / which is such a time saver. This is my favorite curling iron!
