I switched from another software several years ago. This software is easy to use and the interview method steps you through entering all income and expenses. One suggestion (which might already be available and I don't know about it) is to have a "where does this go" assistance. When I prepared my father's taxes, he had a 1099-K which I thought would go one place but it belonged in another category. I also had to call for assistance with a 1040-X because it was not allowing me to make necessary changes.
