I've used H&R Block's tax software for about 17 years, all the way back to when it was called Tax Cut, and I've always found it to be comprehensive, quick and easy to use, intuitive, and reliable. I have never had any glitches or problems with the software and I've never had any of my returns audited by the IRS.

I have been using this product when it was orginally call Tax Cut. I have always had an overall good experience with it. While it does a overall wonderful job, it does have issues with respect to handling investment Schedule K-1's (which I thankfully no longer deal with because of the complexity).

I have been using this software for years. During that time I have had few major events. Daughter moved out. Changed jobs. Home repairs. This software helped me through how theses changes affected my taxes. I also love the ability to upload data from prior filings so that all I have to do is verify my information. I will buy this again next year.

I purchased this software from a local store and loved it. I have used this software for several years and the instructions are very understandable for even someone not too familiar with computers. Love the fact that your information doesn't go away if you have to stop inputting and come back later to finish.

i've been using since 2001. I love that all my tax returns are saved as pdf files, i love that previous years data is maintained in file (especially when i utilized the special 3 yr proration of thrift savings withdrawel during COVID) it was amazing that the program prorated it yearly for me. i was the type of person that enjoyed doing my tax returns manually but then old age came to play and my vision and fingers didn't work like they did when i was younger and i started getting headaches squinting to read all the new rules and such and my hand writing started getting sloppyier so the H& R Block delux home has been ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL and wouldn't do it any other way.

I have used H&R Block's tax software for many years. I started using it after TurboTax tried to reduce the features on their product while keeping the same price. It was deceptive. My issue this year is that it needs to tell you upfront about having to pay an additional service charge if you owe the IRS.

I bought the software in January and was ready to file federal and state income tax returns in March. Income tax payment was programmed with the software for automatic April 8 payment to IRS by electronic funds transfer from my checking account. Simple and no worries with dropping a check in the USPS mail.

Using H and R block for years Formally Kiplingers, always quick and east and Accurate. Worked for the competition and was very disappointed on how customers are lead into clicking something that charged more and couldn't get out of that competitor program without using a different email address.

Went through the process, listing all the 1099's and other forms. Filed the Fed electronically on a Friday. Saturday there's another 1099. Went through the Amended procedure, sent in the paperwork. Just recently received confirmation all the data was right. Took a load off my mind.

I have been a happy user for years. Early problems with software downloads, in past years, were resolved by helpful folks via the telephone. The past few years have been error free. Descriptions of line items have increased my awareness of maintaining records to make entries easier.
