it looks good and worked great, twice. Now i'm waiting 2 weeks for a new belt.

Heavy and very inconvenient to use hose attachment or anything else. Just about doubled my normal vacuum time with older vacuum I had before this one. Also short cord. I would pay double the price for more convenience.

The hand held roller is useless. The second you out it down it stops working. There isn't enough suction for it to work. Waiting to return it.

I bought this vacuum because we have two cats, and their hair is everywhere. Initially I was impressed with how well the vacuum picked up things off the floor. In the last two months, however, I feel like it's only effective on the vinyl flooring. I'm very disappointed I purchased this vacuum.

Thé machine works ok but I tried to cancel the order three times while I was putting it in on target I couldn't delete it then I kept calling both target had no order number then called bissell can't say how many times finally when I git through said it was already picked up I wanted to use a gift card from target ended up having to use a credit card really upset

I don't like it one bit. It kills my wrists. It goes one way when I go the other way. I'm glad I still had my old vacuum. I'll probably donate it.

It's too hard to push. It doesn't matter how high the foot is. It hurts my back when I try to use it on my rugs. I bought it because my mother has one and I used it and it was great, no problem pushing. I'm very disappointed 😞

This product is for PETS and doesn't have the best quality for PET HAIR! It worked fine at first but we haven't even had it for 2 years yet and have had to clean it frequently, now it's not wanting to pick everything up. Looks like we'll be buying a new vacuum. Housekeeping is important!
