this product is great for getting all the dog fur off of my rugs, I love it for this however it makes a high pitched noise at times that is awful. It may just be that there is something stuck in the tube I have not had the opportunity to investigate why it makes this sound. the cord is shorter than I would like but overall I love it as it really picks up ALL the dirt and fur!

I wish it had a headlight, the cord is too short and I do not like where the height dial is located - why not put it up high?

I love the swivel, the suction, and the easy to empty canister. But even on the highest setting it will not work on a thick rug in my bedroom. The first time I used it, the belt broke! This really sucks. I still have my old vacuum so I am using it just for the bedroom.

It's alright. I just got tired of buying Dyson to have two of them break within a 5 year period. This vacuum can't seem to clean a 1" pile rug. Mistake for me to buy again.

I use the vacuum at least 2 per week. I have 2 dogs. Its suction is great..but it is a new vacuum, so i was expecting that. What i was not expecting is the poor handling of the dog hair. It is getting in the brush compartment and blocking the band.

I used it several times on hardwood floors. Great suction for most things Lightweight and easy to maneuver. Doesn't do well with picking up cat litter nor objects about a dime size that are lightweight. Not sure why the suction doesn't work on cat litter and lightweight items that are about the size of a dime. The hand tool picks them up though.

Cleaning carpet Does secent job

It is super powerful and light weight. However the carpet brushes keep spinning even when you are using the hose. This becomes a problemm as you are concentrating on the hose nozzle while the main brushes are working and spewing whatever it pulls up into the air. I have lost some carpet fringe due to this.

Wrong model was sent ! Ordered model with rewind cord and got one that you have to wrap !! Wife not happy !! Other than that the vacuum out performs my Dyson V10
