I was very delighted and anxious at the same time to use this vacuum. I wasnt expecting it to this great though. It is very light weight,easy to maneuver and has a great suction power. If you have pets,this is the lifesaver for you,it cleans up the hair in just a minute. It works great on carpet,couch and especially stairs. The removable tank was a plus for me, and it does not require too much effort from the user to clean up the mess. I will recommend this product to everyone that owns a pet and kids . It helps keep the home sparkling clean.

I've used this vacuum for a while now before submitting my review. I have a 2400 sq ft home with a mixture of carpets/rugs/hardwood/tile. My family includes 3 kids, 2 dogs and 1 cat, as well as frequent visits from family members and neighbors. This vacuum did a wonderful job of cleaning my home on a regular basis. It picks everything up, including pet hair and small items on the tile. It didn't bounce or throw the small items on the tile/hardwood, which is a nice bonus. The brush roll is very efficient, it does a great job of picking everything up in one pass. The swivel feature is so great. Before swivel heads, I didn't see the point, but once you have a swivel head and see how easy it is to maneuver around chairs and furniture, you really appreciate it. This vacuum is lightweight and easy to handle, no issues there, you won't get a backache using this vacuum. It's also easy to handle on the stairs. I love the Turbo Tool it comes with for cleaning stairs and couch and chair cushions. It works great on those. I like the long cord too, makes it easier to get 2 rooms done quicker. And cleaning the dirt out of the canister is a snap. I also like that the filter is washable...this is important so you don't spend a lot of money on filters. Overall, I love this Bissell pet vacuum and have recommended it to my family and friends. It really impressed me that it's lightweight, but so powerful on pet hair. But not just on pet hair, but everyday messes and every day dirt. Vacuuming shouldn't be so awful, and it isn't with this vacuum, I truly don't mind grabbing it often to clean up here and there, it is a pleasure to use. Bravo Bissell!

I was surprised by how great this vacuum cleaner worked. The suction is completely on point, pet hair was no match for this vacuum cleaner and I have 3 dogs and a cat! I really appreciated the unique swivel design which allows you to access areas of the carpet that traditional vacuum cleaners can't reach. It's extremely light weight with a long enough cord. I also found it very easy to empty. It's only been a few weeks, but so far so good this one is a winner!

We have gone through several vacuum cleaners. I love this one!! It's very efficient! I've had no problems with hair getting caught in the brush, which was why our last one not longer works. I love that everything can be taken apart and cleaned. So no funky smells when you use it. I absolutely love my vacuum!!!

I can not give a specific reason on why I have not owned a Bissell until now. I have pets and it was that commercial that prompted me to purchase when my latest vacuum cleaner stopped working. I had decided I was not spending more money and would just buy cheaper ones with this purchase. I am beyond impressed with this vacuum cleaner. Suction is great and has yet to clog up with all the pet hair I have. It beats out others I have had that cost a great deal more! I will be a Bissell only customer from now on!

This is the best vaccum I have ever owned! I don't think I'll ever purchase another brand! It picks up sooo well! I actually quit using carpet fresh because this vacuum keeps sucking it out of my carpet LONG after last using it! I had no idea carpet fresh was living in my carpet! It picks up everything including pet hair! Super light weight for me, easy to dump and clean! The swivel on this is my favorite feature! It helps me to easily maneuver around corners and furniture without having to move the entire vacuum! This is a MUST HAVE if you own pets, children and carpet!

I was skeptical at first about the claim to remove embedded pet hair. I was quickly surprised by the power and efficient cleaning, along with the ability of removing not only pet hair but everything else as well! It cleans quick and is easy to empty. It is by far a better vacuum than any other I have tried! I use it everyday and I love it so much that I have gotten rid of my other cleaner! I would most certainly recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone who has pets or anyone who wants a good vacuum!

I'm really impressed by this vacuum. I have a husky that sheds a lot plus a 18 month old that makes lots of messes so I'm whipping it out at least 2-3 times a day. The swivel feature really makes getting around tight spaces and furnitures much easier. The suction is pretty powerful so no pet hair gets left behind. The canister is fairly large and easy to empty. My home is 50% hardwood and 50% carpet and it worked great on both. The attachments make it convenient to pick up hair on the sofa or on the stairs. All in all it's a very efficient cleaner that it easy to operate and does its job.

I have used vacuum cleaners that costs over $1000 and let me just say this one is just as good as one of those. I love the swivel action and the accessories that are included with this vacuum cleaner. The suction power this baby packs is out of this world. If your contemplating purchasing this vacuum go for it.

This vacuum got so much more hair than my old one. With a husky and a long haired Siamese I vacuum every other day and it always seems like there hairball dust bunnies floating around. This vacuum not only cleaned up the hair but got quite a bit of the dirt that gets rubbed into the carpet from their fur. I love how easy it is to maneuver around corners and furniture. It works well on all my floors; the tile, laminate, and the whole upstairs carpeting. Plus it's easy to use on the stairs with the attachment and it's light enough that it's not such a pain to carry up there. Very happy with the power and suction. I hope this vacuum lasts forever.
